The bad news is that CDs are more expensive here than at many other places. The good news, however, is that Plan 9 is simply a fun shopping experience. Its location on Cary Street helps--but it's also a blast to flip through their used CD sections looking for quirky, hard-to-find music. Pros: Good selection Cons: More expensive more
