This place has awesome salads, pizza, and I LOVE the sausage sandwich (so much so that I haven't tried the others yet). The owner is a super nice guy, very friendly, and always remembers me. I never write reviews but I found it interesting that the 3 negative reviews were all written on the same day with a very similar tone and writing style. Sounds like 1 disgruntled person to me. Try Pizza Republic for yourself, it's delicious! Pros: food, price, friendly staff Cons: pizzeria-type atmosphere (not a restaurant atmosphere if that's what you want) more

First off, here's why my review deserves credibility by itself. I eat pizza all the time, I mean ALL THE TIME and I know good pizza, when I eat good pizza. This is great pizza. The crust is just perfect and the sauce is just...mmmm... When you eat good pizza, its not just about the sauce or crust or cheese, its about how they come together. Pizza Republic pulls its off just right. Secondly, here's why my review deserves more credibility, compared to those below. All those were submitted on the same date, under different names, by the same person (possibly by a competitor). People, if you want to put down someone, at least be smart enough to do it on different dates... 'Nuff said. Pros: Everything... Cons: Nothing... more

I have eaten a better sandwich at Subway. This is the worst place to get sandwiches ever! I received the sandwich and not only was the sandwich not toasted, the bread was soggy and the chicken was dull tasting. It seemed like something you heat up in the microwave and just toss on half assed. Please for the sake of your taste buds and your sanity DO NOT EAT HERE. We all know how hard it is getting anywhere in this city, please don't waste your time on the T or in traffic trying to satisfy your hunger here, you will be terrible disappointed!! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I just attempted to eat the incredibly bland and tough chicken parm sandwich I received from Pizza Republic. It was awful! I was so disappointed. I was starving and tried to force a few bites down but ended up spitting it out. How can they charge $7 for this. You'd have better luck finding a decent sandwich by digging through your neighbors trash. I called up the restaurant afterwards and they assured me that there was nothing wrong with their sandwich and that it was freshly prepared. In other words, that's the best it gets! I just moved into the area and have used city search to potentially find good food. Man were they wrong on this one. I ordered a standard piece of cheeze pizza. My pizza was hard as a rock it looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I even got sick that night. I don't reccomend this place at all.
