Frank, the new owner, is eager to anticipate all the needs and requests of his patrons and he is a wonderful man to work under. I know he cares very much about satisfying his customers - he knows his product and it shows. \r

The food is awesome - Frank guarantees good food. If it isn't right, he will make it right, whether you're a customer or an employee. The double decker with LOTS of cheese and the italian beef and cheese are my favorite and he's just added cinnamon sticks to the lunch buffet which I prefer over the cinnamon rolls. I work the lunch hours and I can guarantee the service! I think we have a superior product at a fair price. Plus, we make all our dough (for breadsticks, pizza, and dessert) from scratch and we also make up our italian and ranch dressing. I always buy my ranch dressing for home from here rather than from the store - you can't beat it!\r

This restaurant has been in Carterville for quite some time and I know Frank kept everything the same (recipes and procedure) when he took over ownership. The only changes are additions to the menu, longer hours of operation, and better customer service. Stop by and see us - you won't be disappointed!
Pros: Italian Beef and Cheese and Double Decker Pizza are the best
Cons: No lunch buffet on Fridays.
