Pizza Junction to re-open 1/20/2012

Pizza Junction searched long and far to find just the right people to continue the legacy created by Tom & Sherry Fleckenstein. After forty years we are retiring, but the new guy should have the restaurant opened by April 1st or sooner. Everything will stay the same, only better. They bring extensive restaurant knowledge and skills and we are very excited for them to get started. In the meantime, if you still need your ""Junction Fix"", you can order on our Web site. more

Pizza Junction Closed - Out Of Business 1/4/2012

My understanding is that New Years Eve 2011 was the last day that the restrauant was open. So now it is closed after a very long run. Too bad. more

This review is WAY overdue 1/29/2009

i grew up with PJ Pizza as a treat and have always told others about PJ. in 2007 my Mom became terminally ill and while caring for her I flew my aunt in from out of state to see her for the last time. meanwhile it was late at night (closing time) when i called in an order for 2 sheets Pizza with cheese, mushroom and sausage to feed our family while my wife drove to the airport to pick up my Aunt. more

Best tasting pizza ANYWHERE 9/3/2008

Pizza Junction has the best Pizza anywhere, bar none! You do not need to order extra anything because they use more cheese, sauce & pepperoni than most places put on a pizza with double cheese & double pepperoni(their tradional sauce is the best!!), a regular cheese & pepperoni weighs a ton! After Anchor Bar they have the best tasting wings in Western New York, but their blue cheese is not the greatest so stop at a store & buy some Marie's Blue Cheese. You will not be disappointed with whatever you order, it is all very good. Pros: You will not find better pizza anywhere!! Cons: The pizza is a little expensive, but in this case you do get what you pay for, IT IS DELICIOUS more

The Most Bestest Ever! -James Score 8/27/2008

I've been a huge fan since they first opened! My parents used to get pizzas and wings from there all the time. I remember they even used to give free pizzas away on X-mas night when they first opened. When I was old enough I even worked there before joining the army out of high school. The owner Tommy, took his pizzas and food very personally, to the point where only a few handful of us knew the secret recipies for the sauce, oil dressings and so forth. Only the top dogs knew all the secrets! They are the best hands down. I've been all over the world to include Italy. I retired 2 years ago with 21 years of service and have found nothing better in my travels. They might be more expensive, but like I say, ""You can own a motorcycle, or you can own a Harley."" DELICIOUS!!! 5/26/2008

Pizza Junction.. there is no junk about this place! They have a thick delicious pizza sauce that cannot be beat anywhere else (they even deliver this stuff around the world its that gooood!!!) They also make their own bleu cheese (im only a fan of Ken's Steak house thick and chucky buffalo bleu cheese) but this is eh, ok. Onion Rings are the best around town too (made homemade and even beerbattered!!) very delicious and cripsy. I would recommend calling in your order before going there, because there pretty slow with there service. There food is pricey but its worth it!! Pros: Absolutly delicious pizza sauce!! I still remember calling PJ on Friday nights, ordering three large 1/2 baked pizzas from Ross and then make a bonzai run down to Rushford Lake. Living in Florida now and I make my own pizzas. Pros: great place, 1/2 baked pizza, Royal Combo Sub more

Pizza junction has excellent food. And to make it better they deliver now, just started not to long ago. so that is a A+ for them. junction is a great place to stop on a quick lunch break to grab a slice of ""filling"" pizza. dining there is great not to classy, just right. they also put on a great superbowl party. I have family that lives outa state and pizza junction is the first thing they hit up when they get here and leave. they ship pizza all over the world, so you people that live out of state can enjoy it and not even have to go there to get it. i think they need to open some more pizza joints around town! Junction used to be the best thing going in North Tonawanda - Their food was the best for years. It seems the quality has gone down a lot over the years and there is just too much stuff on the pizza. One slice is too much to eat - but it just doesn't have that good old taste anymore. The crust is thick and the sauce is bland. The pepperoni is fatty and the cheese doesn't taste like real cheese. It used to taste real. It is the place to eat if you want 10 pounds of meat on your sub - they do have great fries, some great eggplant parmesan and an awesome turkey sub - But that pizza just isn't like it used to be and the prices are up there. PJ's is AWESOME! 8/22/2003

Pizza Junction is tucked away on Erie Ave. just past Melody Fair. The food is great, the place is always busy, and the servers are normally super! Order a small antipasto salad & you get enough in the bowl for 2 meals the next day. A cheese & pepperoni pizza, there is enough pepperoni for 2 pizzas. Pizza Junction does not skimp on ingredients. The manager is always around so you can ask questions & just to say ""Hi, how is everything"" The wings are enormous and delicious! You cannot miss. Children are definitely welcome & they love the food too. Anytime we have guests in from out of town, this is where we take them. Pros: get what you pay for, CLEAN, reasonable Cons: very busy=short wait more

I live in Shelby North Carolina, and we do not have any pizza places that even come close to Pizza Junction pizza. I know that if they had a place here in Shelby NC, there bussness would do so good. I know, I would eat there all the time. I know I have a lot of frieds that would also. My husband and I once took a Pizza home with us and shared with our neighbors, and the loved it and ask us to bring them back one when we go back and visit family in N.Tonawanda. Pizza Junction has the best pizza and wings around and I go out of my way to get it! The sauce and crust are really good and they make the wings to your liking.The subs are a bit too much. Pros: subs are too much Cons: wish they deliver, more locations more

Has been the best pizza consistently for my whole life. Thick crust, lots of cheese, and cooked perfect every time to where the cheese browns and the peperonie curls. I think it is their ovens that give it a flavor no other pizza place can match, even the big guys. Pros: consistent Cons: expensive, don't deliver more

Still good, but.... 12/9/2002

The still serve my favorite pizza, but the business has seemed to lose its focus. The ingrediants have seeming changed and our offered less generously than before. Some menu options have been dissapponting (ex. Fish subs). The relatively new restaurant addition is merley OK. Junction used to be far ahead of other pizza places but others have gained on them making the premium paid less justified. more
