I love pizza. Good service provided by the staff. Usually I and my friends had a casual walk at this place. We went there and ordered pizza that was really nice and we great time spending at that place. more

Stay far away! 2/8/2011

I have ordered for pickup from this Pizza Hut a few times and every time has been met with poor service. I do only order on weekend nights, which might be the problem. They are always busy when I come to pick up the pizza. The last time I ordered a large pizza I waited 20 minutes before I left my house and I still had to wait another 20 minutes after I arrived before it was ready! That was the last straw. I have not sat down and eaten here and based on the other reviews, I don't think I will. Avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs! more

Great service!! 10/9/2010

I love Pizza Hut's thin crust pizzas. I love this Pizza Hut in Melrose Park because of the excellent service we get. On our second visit, the waitress remembered our previous order (at least a month before!) and had all our drinks out to us the moment we sat down. Phenomenal! They are even willing to make up a pizza for the lunch buffet if the kind you want isn't out. Yes, this is an older, not very updated Pizza Hut, but the great service we get more than makes up for that. more

They won't deliver to me! 11/3/2005

I'm just minutes away and they won't deliver. Very disappointing. When you go to eat in, it's dirty. We went there recently and they had NO WORKING BATHROOM. That just doesn't cut it with a 4 year old. more
