Pizza Del'arte Ristorante

The food at Del'arte is always delicious. Every single dish is always made to perfection. We often use them to cater our events and are always satisfied. What I love is that the owners help you create a perfect menu and John (head chef) often creates dishes just for us. We often go into the restaurant and are warmly greeted by the hostess and waitstaff. Everyone makes you feel so at home. It a perfect spot for a date night or a family meal. It really has everything you need for a perfect night. more

Not only is the food exceptional but my wife has food allergies that include wheat and dairy products that they go out of their way to accomodate. They have put rice pasta on the menu. They will make her a special dishes no matter how busy they are. They chef takes such pride in his creations that no matter who we bring to Del Arte or what they order for dinner they always, always come back. Little things like serving home- made bread and foccaccia and filling wine glasses to the top of the glass makes you feel like you get real value for the money you spend. The entire staff follows his cue and treats every customer like they are special. It has become our favorite restaurant bar none and that includes New York City. more

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Del' Arte. While the d?cor was nice, food was good & the restaurant was willing to work with us on our menu, the service fell short of our expectations. We tried to privately remedy this matter, however, the restaurant was unable to admit our capacity discussion and not able to acknowledge that this caused a damper on the flow of the party. We had a room that was meant to only hold no more than 60 people even though we had more. The restaurant insisted that we still use the smaller room due to their regular customers demand despite a prior conversation expressing that they would ""prefer to use the smaller room,"" but it would depend on how many we had. The restaurant was not equipped service-wise for that many people in a tight room and did not understand that we could not mingle in a tight room made for 60 people. It became even more apparent that there was no space when a waitress dropped an entire tray of food all over. All of our guests could not walk into the party at the same time because there was nowhere to stand. Therefore, our guests stood by the bar and ordered drinks not knowing that there was even beer/wine bring served. The restaurant profited from that. No one from the restaurant took initiative to help move the party. I would not recommend having a big group of people at Del' Arte. We still had a great time because of the beautiful people. However, to throw thousands of dollars toward a restaurant that was not as willing to please overall, was disappointing. I love this place for two reasons.....1) the food is great (even for a picky eater like me) and 2) the owners and staff are so friendly and make you fee like family Pros: food, parking, service, staff Cons: NONE! more
