Had the ribs, and it's the same story in Florida with the sauce. It is all the same and NOBODY seems to believe in a good ole southern sweet sauce, or cooking WITH the sauce instead of treating it like a dip. I grew up in GA and the bbq was always so much better.
On the plus side, the ribs were very tender, and I had the collards as a side and they were HOT!! I am so not used to that and almost burned my tongue. All in all, it IS the best Bar-B-Q we have been to, but that doesn't say much. We took some home so we could get some decent sauce for it.
