Excellent Service through the Years 9/1/2012

We normally go with Pippin Brothers because of the excellent service we?ve had with them in the past. The girls who we speak with in the office are willing to work with us and our schedule. The tech was wonderful, I love that they wear the booties over their shoes. I am really impressed with this company and think very highly of them. more

The technician who came out from Pippin, Robert, was great and very prompt. I would definitely use them again and even signed up for a service partner membership so I wouldn?t have to remember when it?s time to get things done. more

Second To No One 4/16/2012

I am so very impressed with Terry, the technician who came from Pippin, and the entire company. The service is second to no one. In this day and age, their service and knowledge is at an incredibly high level of professionalism. Terry fixed a broken fan and now it is quieter than ever. The replacement parts he used are the best I?ve ever seen. Thank you! more

Another good experience 2/14/2012

We?ve used them in the past and been satisfied, so when we needed work on our furnace, we gave them a call again. Robert gave us a call to let us know he was on his way and he was polite and professional when he arrived. more
