I had another plumber out to fix a main shut-off valve on the street side of our meter which was leaking through the stem. Minneapolis couldn't get the water shut off, so the plumber referred me to Gene to get a quote for replacing the city's stop-box as he couldn't do the work himself. \r \r Gene was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and direct. He gave me a good idea of a price, but as soon as I explained what was wrong with the valve, he stopped me in my tracks and told me exactly how to fix it myself with a few inexpensive items from the hardware store. He also gave me some ingenious tips for preventing potential problems down the road.\r \r Gene's advice saved me a bunch of money, time and frustration. His simple fix worked like a charm. We didn't need to have Gene or his sons from Piperight come out that day, but there's no doubt that I'll be calling them the next time I need a plumber. more

We had these guys come over and install a new bathroom for us. They were true to their bid, very friendly, quick, and professional. We also had them fix a shower drain in another bathroom where other plumbers wanted to destroy the shower stall they were able to tunnel under and make the repairs. These were much less expensive than the other bids. The plumber that came over is actually one of the owners and the same guy that gave us the bid. I'll use them every time! more

Do not use this company! They only needed to fix one spot in a pipe and they kept going to fix unnecessary pipe. They don't give a true bid that they will stick to or come close to. Cons: Not true to their bid. Lie to you why they need to nickle and dime you. more
