Employee was friendly but repeated himself a lot... Also he had to call his boss about 4 times because he didn't know what to do. He even asked us a one point where a certain pipe...

Mike was courteous, informative of problem, explained solution in detail, outlined cost and parts needed. This required two different trips for parts and he was prompt and solved our potential messy problem in the basement. more

the work they did for me was not easy pulling a well pump that was 550ft in the ground but they worked to days on it and the amount they said it would cost me was just what i paid they were very respectful of my home more

Josh was very friendly and professional. Diagnosed the HVAC issue and gave us corrective options. Pipe wrench was not an inexpensive option, but customer service was top notch. If price is your main concern im sure you'll shop around, if service is important, pipe wrench is a great option more

Very Friendly and Informative 2/26/2016

Josh came to do a routine maintenance check on my ac unit. From the moment he arrived he was very friendly and told me if there is any questions I had about what he was doing that he would answer them. He answered all my questions and even explained things I didn't think to ask about. He was very up beat and friendly the entire time he was here. He even made comment about my neighbors ac unit making odd noises and went to tell them what the problem was with their unit. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and a very good people person. more
