WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are slumlords I really can't stress that enough. Your house/ unit will fall apart and they will not fix it. AC/ Furnace goes out, they will take a week to come out and look at the problem even if you have small children. Be prepared for mold, cheap appliances, and walls made from solid Spackle . If you TRULY rent from them you would NEVER give them 5 stars. Got news folks, those giving 5 stars probably are the slumlords themselves. And I also encourage all of you renters out there, REPORT THEM! We are. Look somewhere else to rent! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! more

When ever I have had a problem it is always resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend my friends & family to rent from this management company. more

Terrible Management 1/23/2012

We have been tenants at Pinnacle's ""Villages of Fairfield"" townhouse community for almost 3 months. Almost exactly on month after moving in, we called to report a water spot on our stairwell ceiling. 2 weeks later, I called to report that it was getting bigger. About a week later, a steady drip began and then the plaster/ drywall fell into our stairwell. The maintenance crew came and cut a gaping hole in our ceiling to ""fix"" the problem. I'm not certain how that was to help. A month later, with a utility bill $200 dollars higher (we guess mostly due to the cold air wafting through our house from the almost 4 foot hole in our ceiling) we were told that it would be fixed sometime but they could not give a date. It s now almost 2 months after the original problem and we have a piece of plywood nailed to our ceiling, water streaming down our wall and no idea when this will be fixed. We have also had, IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS, our stove repaired twice, a leaky storage shed roof, our broken-when-we-moved-in bathroom fan still NOT fixed, several outlets not working, and a several days long issue with our sliding door lock being broken. Pinnacle obviously doesn't care to try to make their tenets comfortable. For the first time in my life, I am seriously contemplating breaking a lease. more

Never had an issue. 11/20/2011

I've been with Pinnacle since I was in college. They've always been willing to relocate me to a different property depending on where in the area my job or education was taking me. I've been a tenant for 9 years now (18-27), and have always had prompt responses to any complaints or issues I've had with my property. Sometimes my neighbors can be annoying, but it's not like that is something the management can control. All in all, I am extremely happy with their service and willingness to adapt to my situations, and I recommend them to all my friends looking to rent in the Cincinnati area. more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! 7/27/2011

first of all, the parking here is horrible, good luck trying to find a spot. the only people you see around here is white trash. if you want to live on a playground, then this is the place. moms around here do not controll their kids, they will play and scream till 11pm during the week, not to mention they will play on your porch and knock on the door and run away! second, you can hear the person above you pee in the bathroom! you can hear everything! right now the people who moved in above have a child that constantly runs across the apt. all hours of the day, its constant stomping, will wake you up and keep you from sleeping. we notified pinnacle and the people above about this problem but they do not care about what you have to say at all. third, pinnacle will not fix any problems in the house, the hot water element goes out all the time, the faucet to the shower falls off, and the people above us leak water in the utility room and the roof looks like its about to cave in, they will not fix this! the people who mowe the place will throw grass on your porch also! you have to be an idiot to move into these apartments, this place absolutely disgusts me! more

STAY AWAY FROM PINNACLE MANAGEMENT... 1/20/2011

I don't even know where to begin....they were great at first but then things started breaking. I have major issues with huge trees in my yard and there hanging over my room and over the power lines and have effected both mine and neighbors cable and othere things. I have had VERY VERY LARGE parts of the tree break off and fall on my roof durning storms and have called them and they do nothing. They also painted over and sealed shut all the windows in the home before we moved in. Called them to tell them that and they sent someone out after several days and they sliced them open and said it was ok to open them. Well I opened one cause it was SO HOT outside and inside to get air and it wouldnt shut. I tried to shut it and the glass broke. THEY ARE CHARGING ME TO FIX IT EVEN THOUGH IT IS COMPLETE ERROR OF THE MOST HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MAINTENCE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. So many other issues.....STAY AWAY! more

We are renting a 4 bedroom house from Pinnacle Management also known as 829-RENT and have not one thing good to say about them. Pros: NO CREDIT CHECK Cons: SERVICE, RESPECT, MAINTENANCE more
