Best service ever, Gives you more time for yourself 7/13/2006

I never knew life could be this easy. Ordering from Pink Dot has given me so much more free time to relax. Instead of spending time in a grocery store standing in those annoying lines I can order whatever I want from them. They delivery it in less time than it takes for me to go to the store and come back. The best part of it is when I have parties and I run out of supplies like alcohol or food they deliver with no problem. This is the best thing that I have discovered this year! Thanx Pink Dot! Best delivery in all of LA 7/3/2006

I ordered Pink Dot for the first time last year and ever since then have been hooked, I can't believe that I can get fresh fruits and vegetables, deli sandwhiches, cigarettes, vodka, beer, and toilet paper delivered to my door step in 30 minutes. It's so LA. They also have the most unbelieveably good sandwhiches, pastas, and salads. I order 5 times a week and I am very happy with there service. I highly recommend it. Pros: Open late more

Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad 1/18/2006

I wanted to surprise my husband with birthday cake for his office (not many men like having flowers delivered for their birthday). Pre-ordering was not allowed so I had to call 30 minutes before desired delivery. fine. However, the fact this was a birthday surprise was VERY clear when I called in. It was bad enough the person who took my call was NOT attentive (he was also talking to someone, had the radio blaring and was working the cash register) and he was not helpful with clarifying information. Long and short of it, they made my husband pay for the delivery even though I had already given them all the information they needed!!! This is absolutely a COD delivery service and nothing else. If you want to surprise someone with a gift of food and you're not there to present your debit/credit card in person, GO ELSEWHERE!! more
