Don't waste your hard money in buying or even renting from pineview. You will be overcharged on everything. They will tell you anything you want to hear and after signing the papers that are on a desk top computer monitor that you can't not read the fine print. What they say and do are totally different and you pay the average of 250 in gas and lights even when you keep the heat down and the a/c up and you use led lights and keep the mostly dark which quite dangerous. Then you pay for monthly taxes on a small piece of dirt that you don't own. If you make any complaints you are looking to be evicted. I wanted new carpeting and they told me it would cost around $10.000 and I got a quote for 3.000 for better grade carpeting. You have to go through them to have anything updated or you pay a fine or you have to rip it out. It sounds like a kick back to me. They will tell you that you can't find a place who will take you and they will make you feel like dirt when you know that it is not true. Always walk away if you can't see the contract in paper form and if you do come to pineview remember this if you need anything fixed in your rental you will end getting outside the park help they are too busy not do they care to help. On the average there are 5 moves out of the park a week. Too much turn around. Ask yourself is it worth it in the long run. more

Pineview is known in the housing community as a cheaper alternative to buying a brand new house. They have both a gated community or you can have a home on your own land. The office is located near Pineview estates in Mt. Morris/Genesee. The secretary in the office is pleasant, but always seem extremely busy, so it can be hard to get any questions answered quickly. more
