we came for breakfast and the service was stellar. we have the morning boss waitress every time we come here and never had a problem with her infact she is the best asset to that place.\r so that other guy must have come on night shift when the waitresses aren't all that friendly.\r beware of the tall one. she will bite you. more

we stopped here the last couple weekends when we took the jeeps out in the mountains. the waitress we had the first weekend was sort of rude. we had the boss waitress and my buddy wanted a larger glass for his chocolate milk because it was ready to overflow and she said he couldn't have one because she wasn't making another trip back. other than that the food was ok. the guy cooking it looked like he should be working in a factory with his cruddy boots and clothing.\r \r then the next weekend we stopped back and it was totally differnt. different cook different waitress. it was awesome then.\r \r i recomend this place only when they have the nice waitresses and not so crusty cook more

i stopped at this location on my way to a family get together last weekend. it's located right smackdab off of the off ramp on interstate 81 so it was easy to find my way back to the highway.\r \r the food was so incredible. the food was done to perfection and they give you so much for a very small price. the service was outstanding. the staff treats you like you've been a regular your whole life and their manager was very concerned with everyone's dining experience. she stood right in the kitchen coaching the cooks to make sure everything down to the placement of the food on the plate was perfect and to order. \r i made sure i stopped in again on my way back.\r \r did i mention that they have an adorable gift shop too Pros: everything! location, food, service Cons: i can't live closer more

During our visit we got the buffet. It was not properly kept up with and when I asked the cook when they were bringing more food out, she got very nasty and complained to us that she had just got there but we had seen her there the whole time and she was chatting w/ a customer rather than putting the food out. The dishwasher was sent out to speak w/ us claiming he was a manager. He told us the buffet did not start till 4:00 but we were not told that and were even charged full price. Our waitress did not even clear our dirty plates from the table and did not offer drink refills.\r \r So I do not recommend you get the buffet at this restaurant. We ordered the buffet but were not told that it did not start till 4:00 officially but we were still charged full price. Pros: large restaurant Cons: not good service more
