The Pilates Studio is ran by many certified pilates insutructor. They have both individual and small classes so everyone gets the most of the workout. The classes range from reformer classes [4 people classes to specialize a workout for each individual] to prenatal classes [gentle and effective excerciss for increased strngth, energy, and stability during pregnancy] and even circuit classes [intense whole body workout, max 10 people]. From what I've been told from my friends, this place is great for the body because they focus on individuals, aboslutely wonderful~
