Cloths were supposed to be available on 5/27. Nothing recieved on that date, but payment made with agreement to have items delievered the next day to my house. This was the first glitch, with reasonable service recovery promised. Items were never delivered. They finally were delieverd still with one item missing after I called 4 days later. I spoke to the owner, said she can't give refund, but will ""credit the account"". I only came back a second time because of the credit. I dropped off $30.10 worth of services on June 10th. I came back to pick up those items on May 17th, all items present, wet and smelly, but present along with the shirt that was never delivered on my first drop off. I was charged the full $30.10. No credit whatsoever was applied to my account
