Dr. Swank and his staff are AWESOME! I had my tummy tuck several months ago, and I am so happy with my results. I talked to a few other plastic surgeons before deciding to have Dr. Swank do my surgery. He and his staff were caring, compassionate, informative, and most importantly, not pushy. Dr. Swanks's before and after pictures are amazing. Very talented surgeon. I would recommend him to everyone! I can't wait to have my breasts done! more

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have Dr. Hunt as my dermatologist. Besides being the kindest and most considerate person that I have ever met in my life, her knowledge of dermatology definitely surpasses that of any other dermatologist that I have seen in the past, and believe me I have seen many. I was diagnosed with Skin cancer last year. It goes without saying that I was scared, especially since the legion was on my face. Drs Rosenzwieg and Ness took the time to explain what the procedures were going to entail and the probability of success for these. They did a great job and no one can tell that I had work done. Thank you very much. more

I truly enjoyed my whole experience here at Piedmont Plastic Surgery & Dermatology. I love my outcome. Everyone was so nice to me and made me feel welcome. I was in and out when it came time for my follow-up appointments. They were so fast, I never waited over 5 minutes to get called in. Thank you so much! more

I had a truly amazing experience with the plastic surgery team here. I had never had any procedures done and thought that it was not going to be a pleasant experience. I was proven wrong! Dr. Swank made me feel comfortable and made sure that any questions that I might have had were answered. Getting plastic surgery is a huge decision to make, but a much easier one if you have the right people by your side guiding you the whole way through. I would like to thank Dr. Swank for making this a truly amazing experience! more

I highly recommend this office!! 3/6/2012

I had breast implants done by Dr. Yanez and I recommend him 100%. He is a great doctor, very honest, kind and thorough. I am so happy with how they look and if I have anything done in the future I will definitely be going to Dr Yanez. The staff is so friendly and I love coming for my appointments. Linda is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this office!! more

Don't go here for REAL MEDICAL ATTENTION 2/27/2012

Horrible service by yanez and his nurse. Not personable at ALL!!! Niether one of them listened to any of my concerns. When I left from surgery, they told me to take motrin for my incision!!! What surgeon (or really his dumb nurse) does that?!?! Probably because I used my insurance and didnt pay full price with cash! Thank god I only have 1 appointment left. its too bad I couldnt find another doctor in this area who takes my insurance. I definitely would have went somewhere else...dont use them unless this is your last resort, there are many other plastic surgeons and dermotologists that will treat you better wether or not youre a cash-paying patient or use your insurance. It seems they only care about patients that want plastic surgery and not the patients who are there for real medical attention. Go somewhere else so you dont have to deal with the snotty, stuck up money hungry doctor and his staff. more

I received great results 2/3/2012

I had chin liposuction. I received great results. Could not be any happier. I feel so much more confident now. Well worth the money. Dr.Ness was great. The staff was also very good to work with.Only negative was that my smile was a little crooked for about a mouth which happens often from what I have read. My smile did return to normal. more

BEWARE of CLT Location 10/5/2011

(2) years ago, had a few minor growths removed. Was a hatchet job and Doc had the bedside manner of a funeral director (McElgunn). Said i wouldn't go back, but gave them one more try. Went intoday for an early appointment. Waited for over 30 minutes and left (Mcleod). I use Blakeney Family (GREAT GROUP)as primary and for convenience try PPSD but if my 2 experiences are representative, go elsewhere ! (Looks like the Gastonia/Hickory Group seem to be alot better based on postings) more
