I was referred to Piedmont Arthritis by my Doctor. My doctor's office set up the appointment and all confirmations with PA were made over the telephone. I used a navigation system to locate them. I arrived thirty minutes early and spent almost 60 minutes actually locating them (by the way - I tried to call twelve times between 8:02 and 8:17 to ask them where they were located - the phone messages I rec'd stating that they were presently closed). When I finally arrived, I was treated very badly by two ladies who work there.
