Ross was our main contact and one of our photographers on our wedding day. I HIGHLY recommend him. He was professional and personable, making the photo experience memorable, fun and completely stress-FREE. The photos were available online for viewing very quickly after our wedding day. They were unique and captured every aspect of our wedding day. My mother and I attended a bridal fair in the spring of 2009 where we picked up a fler about the Photography Shoppe. After comparing prices and packages, Photography Shoppe was our best match. My husband and I met Brendon in downtown Birmingham where we walked all over Morris Avenue and captured beautiful scenery in the midst of our engagement shots. It was a wonderful experience! We were very pleased with the time frame in which we recieved or pictures as well. Then came my bridal session. I met Brendon at the Botanical Gardens for a few hours. ANother set of great pictures! The wedding day arrived on 9/4/10 and we got to meet Bree and her partner.She was absolutely amazing! She caught intriciate details that amazed me when I saw pictures afterwards. She made MY day more than awesome and made the wedding experience a pleasant one! I have NO compaints! She kept everyone in order and moving right along to ensure we were making good time on schedule. I m so pleased with the experience with Photography Shoppe and the pictures that I received. I received pictures back a week after my wedding date which was such a blessing. Those pictures captured the last days my husband spent with his mother and the pictures were here in time to show at her funeral. My sister and I met with Brendon Pinola of Photography Shoppe in Birmingham, AL when searching for a photographer for my upcoming wedding. I was so impressed with their pictures and plan packages, it was very easy to make the decision. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. My husband and I were married on 9/4/2010. Brendon and his team were a gem. He was extremely detailed and told a true story of the event. The package provided two photographers and 8 hours of coverage. He arrived at my Mom’s and was able to truly gather the essence and history of my family home along with everyone getting dressed for the wedding. Another photographer was at the church taking several candid shots of my husband’s family. I love, love all of the pictures! As the bride it was so important that I chose wonderful photographers to tell a story of the wedding since I would miss everything prior to coming down the aisle. The shots that Brendon composed covered anything and everything I could have ever imagined. From the wedding, the true party at the reception began. Brendon was there until the end. When my now husband and I first got engaged and I started planning, knowing I wanted to get married in October I was crunched for time. I knew that the photographs and photographers had to be excellent, so we would always have memories to look back on. I had called around and looked at a million sites and couldn't quite get one that had everything going for it. I stumbled across Photography Shoppe and they had great rates and the pictures looked just as awesome. It was about 11 p.m. and I thought that I would hear something back from them the following day so I e-mailed them to get more information and help answering questions that I might have, within about 10 minutes we had a greeted reply from Brendon, out of Birmingham, explaining to us how Photography Shoppe worked and that they had several locations based out of different cities. I held off for a few days before calling to book my consultation but when I called, Brendon set me up a consultation that day with Nathan, who is a photographer that mainly works locally in Georgia for Photography Shoppe. We met with Nathan and he had a slew of helpful albums for us to look through and examples of work that Photography Shoppe does. We took the contract with us, and signed up the next day. We called and booked our engagement session with Brendon and met again, with Nathan who took our pictures. Because I wanted to use some of these for our rehearsal dinner and frames at our event site, he edited and got our pictures ready within 4 days! They turned out great! When Nathan realized that he wouldn't be able to get them in the mail to us on time, he called me to offer to meet me close to our area of town so that we could have our pictures. Both my husband and I very much noted his generosity and appreciated it very much. My husband and I were married in Conyers GA on October 9th 2010. Brendon and Nathan both made us aware that Nathan would not be shooting our wedding but that Mary Catherine and Dwayne would be there with us. As I was driving up to our site (to take photos before hand) our photographers were there before us! They came before we were on the clock to prepare for the day and meet with us. Mary Catherine mainly stayed in the bridal suite with me and the bridal party and was loads of fun! She fit right in with all of us and had some great ideas! The girls LOVED HER! Dwayne did a great job with the guys and got some great shots that I wouldn't have gotten to see of the groomsmen and my husband. Because my package came with a bridal session and I didn't want to take advantage of this, Brendon offered to work out some sort of other upgrade with me to make up for the Bridal session. All parties from Photography Shoppe did more than enough to make our day more perfect and we forever will appreciate it and look forward to many years of memories to come thanks to their great work! My wife and I knew that pictures were a very important part of our wedding. We wanted someone who would take the time to give us wonderful memories of our day and we found the perfect photographers! We were married in October in a small rural northeast Georgia town and it was difficult to find a photographer that would come so far. But not only did we find one that would, we found a spectacular one! They came all the way from Atlanta and one even from Birmingham! Nathan and Collin were our photographers and the pictures they took were wonderful. Brendon, out of Alabama, was our contact and he did everything he could to make sure we had what we needed. He was very quick in responding to emails and phone calls and when we did have one small issue it was quickly resolved! Our engagement shoot was wonderful and Nathan, our photographer, took time with us to make sure we had the pictures we wanted. He even gave us more time that we were supposed to have! We received our pictures within a month of our wedding and we were so happy with the way they turned out. We loved all the different angles and styles. Thank you Photography Shoppe for a wonderful wedding experience. We can't wait to see our book!!! more

My husband and I were married Labor Day weekend and we still cant stop looking at our photos. The photographers were very prompt, professional, friendly, and lots of fun. Everything was amazing! All of our friends and family want to book them, after viewing our pictures. I would definitely recommend them anyone. The pricing and quality is very reasonable, for the abundance of pictures compared to local competitors. I can say that my husband and I are very pleased with the total outcome, now we have the difficult task of picking out the best pics for our album. I think were going to be using them again in the near future for other engagements. Thanks Photography Shoppe!!! more

My husband and I were married in August and we could not be happier with our pictures! They were amazing. I can't tell you how many of our friends and family have commented on how great they were. \r \r They were by far the best deal for your money also. We looked for a long time to find the right company and this is by far a stand out. You get a ton for your money, engagement session, bridal shoot, and 8 hours with two photographers the day of, two parent albums, flush mount album, and all the rights to your pictures color and black and white! \r \r We had a blast with all of it. They made it fun for us and our pictures turned out perfect. Only problem I had was narrowing down the pictures to put in the album! Photography Shoppe was by far the best decision we made!! We met them at a convention that had about 100 different wedding photographers there in Atlanta, and they stood out like a diamond! There was no way we weren't going to choose them! When we went for our engagement session, I was a little but apprehensive because my husband isn't that, well, photogenic lets say.....and oh my gosh! Nathan was amazing!! He was HILARIOUS! It was almost like his personality just clicked with ours immediately, he got us laughing..caught candids that we didn't even know about! He made it so comfortable and so fun! We even created some inside jokes! :) Brendon was awesome the whole time, I knew I wanted him from the get-go at our wedding just from his presence at the Atlanta show that we met them at. I pretty much said, ""dibs on you""..and then immediately wanted Nathan too! They were awesome! It felt like they didn't miss a single shot!! They were all around us! Photography Shoppe was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The price was right and the quality was more than expected. We had a fun time during our engagement session getting to know Ross and were so glad he was able to come on our 'Party Bus' with us! We were very pleased with the Photography Shoppe. Ross and Tommy did a great job! Their packages are everything you need and very affordable. The first brochure we got was for the Photography Shoppe and we couldn't find anything that compared to them. They worked very well with us. They posed us very well and made us feel comfortable. Ross was even able to schedule our Engagement session 2 weeks before our wedding! (We waited till the last minute. Ha!) Also, they even stayed a little later at our reception to make sure they got all the shots we wanted. We were able to relax and know that they would take care of the pictures for us. They worked with us on our package so that we were able to trade out the things we didn't want (like a Bridal session) for the things we needed (like an extra parent album). Thanks guys! more

So when we were looking to find photographers for our wedding, we heard through friends that The Photography Shoppe was amazing and were really reasonably priced as well! We looked at their website and were really impressed by the beautiful and artful ways the photos looked. After meeting with Brendon Pinola in Birmingham, AL just once, we were pretty much hooked. Brendon is really easy going and down to earth, and totally made both the engagement session and the day of the wedding completely comfortable! We also worked with Colin on the day of the wedding, and although I hadn't met with him personally before, he meshed right in with everyone, and was so great! The packages are amazing and pretty much include all the sessions, hours, and photobooks you could want. Also - the BEST part about it is that you get a rights to all of your pictures, they send you a disc with all of them, black and white! Really - if you want the entire package deal and reasonable prices, The Photography Shoppe is the way to go! more

Future brides should look no further than with Photography Shoppe. My Photographers and I had a blast! They has been very responsive to all my questions and is creative when taking his pictures. The packages are very reasonable for any budget. And you get a ton with them!!! My package included: 2 photographers, unlimited photos and locations, 8 hours coverage, engagement session, bridal session, prints, custom flushmount album, 2 parent albums and rights to all my pictures (color and blank & white). The price was awesome. So if you are looking for a photographer that is budget friendly, professional, easy going, fun and creative then look no further. We stumbled across the Photography Shoppe at a Bridal Show in St. Louis. At first, we were overwhelmed by the number of vendors at the show which included at least 100 different photographers. But, no matter how many photographers we saw, we kept coming back to the Photograhy Shoppe booth. The pictures were great, the prices were affordable, and Ross was extremely approachable and down to earth. We were sold.\r \r From the very start, Ross was wonderful to work with. At our initial meeting, he patiently walked us through all of our package choices and explained the timeline of how everything would work. It was such a relief to work with a wedding vendor who felt more like a friend and less like a saleman!\r \r Our engagement shoot was a couple of months later and went off without a hitch. Ross made it fun and made us feel comfortable all while getting some great shots. We received the CD of our pictures within two weeks of the shoot and were able to incorporate them in our wedding decorations.\r \r The day of our wedding was the true test of how great Ross was. He arrived early and was set up before we even arrived. He moved quickly to get all of our family shots before the wedding (at our request). He captured every photo we asked. During the wedding itself, I didn't notice Ross or his assistant at all- which to me was amazing. I've been to lot of weddings where the photographer makes such a production that it distracts from the wedding itself. Ross, on the other hand, couldn't have been more discreet. Even my parents commented on how professional and polite Ross was.\r \r The most amazing thing of all was that we received our wedding photos CD the day after we got home from our honeymoon! I couldn't believe how fast Ross had gotten everything together. The pictures were beautiful and there were so many to choose from. \r \r We were thrilled with everything Photography Shoppe did for our wedding. We've recommeded them to two of our friends who are planning upcoming weddings and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the St. Louis area. We are beyond thrilled with St. Louis' division of Photography Shoppe. After searching for several months and interviewing many photographers, we were enthralled from the start. We originally got Photography Shoppe's business info from a bridal expo. We were first interested because of the attractive packages and the very competitive prices that worked well with our budget. We ended up going with Package 3, but are so happy with their services, we're wanting to upgrade to Package 4. We've been in close contact with Ross. He was incredible from the moment we met him...and continues to be very helpful and kind even 2 months past our wedding during our album photo selections. Our first real experience with Ross was this past Spring during our engagement photo shoot. It was my husband and I's first experience with taking professional photos together, so we were very nervous. Ross put us right at ease and knew the right balance between artistic and traditional styles. It was a phenomenal experience. After the photo shoot, it seemed that our photos took a long time to get to us (about 8 weeks, when I thought we were told it would be only 3-6 weeks). However, when we got them, we were not disappointed! Ross even edited the photos we wanted tweaked. That process was very quick and the product was beautiful! During our wedding, Ross and his assistant (Tommy) were at the church before we even got there and took great artistic and traditional photos of the location. They were very professional and courteous to our bridal party and to our guests. My mom even made the comment that she barely even noticed them...she was amazed that they were able to get the amazing shots they got and still be inconspicuous. Ross and Tommy had great ideas for group shots and took fantastic candid shots. We couldn't be more pleased! Now we're in the album photo selection stage. Ross has been very patient with us while we select exactly what photos we want, and is going to edit the photos that we want tweaked again! I've only talked to 2 other photographers that were willing to assist with the editing service (without charging extra!). I continue to be impressed with Ross. We are so pleased with the Photography Shoppe and Ross' professionalism, we will look to him for any professional photos we would like in the future...and we're enthusiastically referring him to our friends and coworkers. I was stunned to see the negative comments about Photography Shoppe on this site. Our experience was beyond spectacular. Perhaps the unsatisfactory service is regional? I got package three, loved the price compared to other companies. I originally found The Photography shoppe at a Wedding Bazarre in Birmingham, AL. I contacted them immediately and a meeting was set up quickly and I was hooked as soon as I met Brendon and discussed price. I was not needing Bridal Portrait Session or Engagement Photo Session (I had a friend from my hometown take them for me) but Brendon was super flexible and nice and agreed to come take pictures of our Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner. He was very nice to work with, his assistant was great the day of the wedding, he took photos of everything, all guests loved him and he actually ended up knowing someone in the wedding party. We got the pictures done early the day of the wedding and took me off by myself to do some solo pictures since I didn't do the bridal portrait session. I am not sure how long it takes to get wedding photos back but we got married less than 2 months ago. I recommended Brendon to my two friends getting married in a few weeks and they loved him, too. They did their Engagement Session with him and said it was great! So far, no complaints here! more

From the Horses Mouth-Read This....This is an employee of the Photography Shoppe! FACT! Proof!! I've been complaining and waiting for months to get my video and still no response or anything. \r \r I can contact them once again, but please understand I'm not trying to avoid involvement or shirk responsibility. We've had to make serious personnel cutbacks because of the economy and we have a backlog of work that we're presently just starting to overcome. I've made hundreds of calls and emails to the main office on behalf of my clients over the past months, and now my messages carry very little weight, just because they're still working on so many other things that anything I say just goes on the bottom of the pile. From what I've seen the squeakiest wheel gets the grease, and if you can get someone on the phone and complain, even be rude with them, you have a better shot of getting your case ahead of other peoples. Again, I don't know anything about videography and I don't even know who is responsible for the editing at this point, which is why I direct you to the owner of the company, Ken. I'll email him again about this, but like I said, I don't expect a response. \r \r more

Please watch out--- Check the Better Business Bureau before using this company! (Photography Shoppe, which is the real company run by Ken Ramsey). Then you will see the ""real"" reviews of dozens of unanswered complaints. When they did our wedding after we paid in full we NEVER received albums or prints that were in our contract. \r Please please use the experience of others who have been put though it by this company and avoid them at all costs. more
