We purchased a phone system in 2011 for over $5,000. The first year warranty was included in the price. The next year the warranty cost $496. This year's warranty cost $795. When we asked why such a large increase we were told last year's invoice was a mistake. When we asked for a breakdown of the bill, we were told they charge for equipment no longer in use.
