Palo Verde Pediatrics 10/4/2008

This is a great group of Ped's. They have been our Dr.'s since 2001. Very caring and always willing to work my kids in at anytime. We see Dr Perlstein who is awesome. My kids trust him and love him. He always remember details about them which makes them feel special. He also calls back himself when it is important and even calls to check on them when they have been really sick. I know this guy loves my kids and that is important!!! We have seen the other Dr over the years and they have been awesome too. Pros: these Dr's LOVE KIDS!!! more

Recommend 1/21/2008

I was referred to Palo Verde Pediatrics six years ago when I had my first baby. The staff is wonderful and the doctors are great with children. I've had no problems with them and they are always there when I needed to take my boys in. They are caring, respectful, accomodating and take the extra time to get to know the family. I would highly recommend Palo Verde Pediatrics. Pros: Parking, two waiting rooms - one for sick patients, Saturday hours more

Poor Front Desk Staff 10/1/2006

I like the doctors at this office however, the staff at the front desk needs some customer service training. You tend to have to wait until they are all finished with either their personal phone call, conversation or other. It takes forever to get them to call in a perscription so you're better off just getting a hard copy and taking it to the pharmacy yourself. If you're looking to get ignored, then this is the place for you! Pros: Great Doctors Cons: Poor Customer Service Staff more

The staff of Palo Verde Pediatrics is very helpful and friendly. The office has also recently moved up to an electronic recordkeeping system so that the doctors always have complete and up-to-date information available instantly on their tablet PCs. The competency levels of the pediatricians that my daughter has been seen by is outstanding, and I would even make a long, out-of-the-way drive if I had to just to make sure that she continues to be a patient of this office. more

  • We make it easier for you to access expert kids' care in your neighborhood by partnering with Palo Verde Pediatrics. Turn south from E. Elliot Rd. onto S. Val Vista Dr. Parking is available in front of the building, with additional spaces available on the side. We are closed for lunch from 12 - 1:30pm daily.
