Very professional 12/31/2011

Robert called me back when he said he would and was able to get out quickly to help us with a carpet stretch so that we could finish our remodel. He arranged Alan's service call so that we could get out the door to a football game on time. They did a great job and were very professional. I was very happy with the the work done and the experience of working with them. more

Great Work! 12/20/2011

My puppy destroyed some of my carpet right before my family was supposed to fly into town. I called and Alan was here within about 2 hours and fixed my carpet in less than 90 minutes! It looks great, you would never know the damage my little puppy caused. They even made sure the rest of the carpet was secure in the room as well! Excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone! more

Outstanding! Carpet looks almost new. 12/6/2011

I had water damage where the carpet meets the threshold of a patio door. Alan did an outstanding job of stretching the carpet so it looks almost like new and saved me the cost of replacing it. I highly recommend Arizona/Phoenix Carpet Repair. more

Quick and excellent service 12/3/2011

My new puppy ripped a 3 foot section of my carpet, at the seam. I called PHX Carpet Repair. They were able to provide service the next day. Arrived on time, provided a beautiful repair, quickly, and charged the quote. No surprises, other than the great service. I was so pleased, that that same day I recommended them to my brother, for his carpet repair. Wednesday, the very next day, PHX Carpet Repair had another satisfied customer. more

Exactly the same as it was before 11/30/2011

Alan came in and did an amazing job on the carpet repair. He took a piece from the closet and patched it up with a carpet as close as possible. Then he went on to repair my pet damaged carpet to perfection. I literally can't tell that it was ever damaged! more

carpet stretching 11/29/2011

Great service, very quick and professional. I had a friends dog tear up my carpet about 1-2 inches out from against the wall. Robert came in and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Saved me my deposit for my apartment more

I called them and within 20 minutes Alan was at my door. He did a great job! He even fixed a small area for free! But I tipped him extra because of how fast he worked. Alan was done in less than a half hour and was courteous and professional. I will definetly be recommending them to everyone. I would use them again in a heartbeat. more

Appreciated their accommodating attitude and professionalism 10/27/2011

I would like to recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair because they are punctual, they are friendly, they know what they are doing, and get the job done quickly. I called them on Thursday morning thinking I would get on their schedule in a week or two. Robert said we can be there at 1:30 this afternoon if that works for you. We had our carpets installed by the company we purchased them from four years ago. We bought quality carpeting but it never looked like quality, it soon rippled and looked like it had speed bumps. Robert and Alan got to work and re-stretched both rooms. One of the rooms had been short padded the padding was about two inches short of one wall and the entry way the carpeting had settled into the vacant areas -- and some of the tack strips had released. They installed the extra padding and nailed down new tack strips where needed. Our rooms are quite spacious but they completed both rooms in a little over an hour. Robert had given me an estimate over the phone on my initial call and he charged exactly what he quoted. Now, it looks like we have a quality product. Bottom line is even if you have a quality product if it isnt installed properly, it looks cheap. Phoenix Carpet Repair was recommended to us by our realtor. She assured us they would do a good job and they did. more

On time, quick, excellent results 10/26/2011

I had a buckle in the new carpet in my master closet and called Arizona Carpet Repair based mostly on the ratings on the web. The five stars are well deserved. Robert was on-time, called when he was on the way, and fixed the carpet to better-than-new. He also identified a threshold missing a tack strip and padding; and fixed that too...so not only is the wrinkle gone, but the closet looks better than new. Highly recommended. more
