I was worried about hiring a lawyer because I did not know what to expect. I decided to hire Oliver Pelly. He was really nice. He explained the legal system and my rights. He arraged for me to get medical care and negotiated a fair settlement with the insurance company. I would hire him again. I am writing this review because I think he is an honest and fair lawyer and I liked him as a person. more

The staff are all very client oriented and caring. I would equate this law firm to the Nordstrom of law offices. Their level of service is excellent. They handled everything, dealt with a difficult insurance company and produced a great result. I would rely on their expertise and recommend them to anyone more

Wonderful Experience 1/2/2011

When I was rear ended on the freeway, I sought help with Phillips and Pelly. They immediately started working on my case, sent me to great doctors who saw me at no up front charge! And I got more money for the settlement that I had thought! I'd recommend Phillips and Pelly to anyone. more

Great Experience 1/1/2011

I've had the pleasure to deal with Oliver at Phillips and Pelly when my wife was rear ended. We didn't know how to deal with the insurance company, and sought help. Oliver and the staff at Phillips and Pelly quickly directed my wife to medical treatment; all of which was paid for with the settlement. I could not imagine trying to deal with the insurance company by myself or getting a fraction of the money we did with Phillips and Pelly's help. I wouldn't think twice in recommending them. more

Phillips and Pelly Highly Recommend 12/27/2010

I fell in a pothole in a parking lot and broke my arm. I lost time from work and the medical bills were adding up with co-pays. The attorneys at this law office used an investigator found out that the parking lot owner had received several complaints about the hole before I fell but neglected to have it repaired. I was very happy with the case result. more
