As far as the desk staff, be prepared to have to be assertive and ask them questions! Do not assume that they will let you know what’s going on. They never prepared me a payment plan, or gave me any documentation to take home at all. Every appointment, when I checked out, I asked about when/how I needed to pay. I was told by many different people on many different occasions, vague statements such as that I would be billed later. They treated me as if they just wanted me out of the way. Then all of sudden about 6 months into my pregnancy, they tell me that I am 3 months behind on payment, have the manager come talk to me ( in front of the waiting room clients, might I add) about how I can't be seen unless I can't work out how I'm going to pay. I was treated like a criminal. After explaining to the manager how I felt, she went to my chart to show me the payment plan that I ""signed"", only there was not one in there!! The nursing staff is sorry as well. I don't know how many times I've come in for such a blood draw, and after telling the desk staff and the nurse, they still take me to the exam room, where I have to wait even longer. Every time, the Dr. has to tell the nurses, ""she’s just getting a blood draw"", then I get charged for a blood draw AND a consultation. The lab lady is also no pleasant visit. She always bruises me, and she hurts very much!!! Once, she drew blood, took out the needle, and after realizing that she forgot to get a drop for a fingerstick, and started squeezing my arm incredibly hard to get a drop to come out. It didn't work, so she just had to do a fingerstick. If she hadn't been too busy talking to a coworker about her personal life, I wouldn't have gone through all that unnecessary pain. I dread every visit to this place. It's so unorganized. And the staff all seems to be so entranced with their own lives that they can't concentrate on their own work. more

I have been a patient at Wayne Women's Clinic since 1990 and have always been treated extremely well by all the staff including the front office, nurses, and doctors. Everyone has always been professional in every aspect of my care. The staff is well dressed, behaves professionally, smiles, converses with me and even asks me about my family at every visit. I feel like the staff members of Wayne Women's Clinic are my family and highly recommend this office for all of your women's health care needs. My experiences at Wayne Women's Clinic have always been positive and I am proud to be a patient there. It saddens me to see negative reviews of an office that I have done business with for so many years and never had any problems at all. Keep up the good work Wayne Women's Clinic. You are THE BEST!!! more

I was surprised to find this clinic very unsatisfactory after bring referred by several women.\r \r I went to my first OB appt at Wayne Womens' Clinic at 8 weeks. I was helped by about 5 different medical staff and none of them were nice or friendly.  The nurses were dressed like slobs with dirty uniforms.   2 different  staff members got interrupted by personal phone calls while helping me, and neither of them excused themselves or apologized.  The only person to even say hi to me was the doctor. I was just another person in their baby factory and they couldn't have cared less about me.  Even the nurse drawing blood didn't talk to me before sticking me with a needle except to tell me to sign some release forms. How about a simple, "I'm going to draw some blood today"?  While getting my vitals at the nurses' station, the 2 nurses were gossiping to each other about something going on in the office--they even kept leaning in to each other to whisper.  The girl who did the ultrasound more

i wouldnt recommend this place to a vet! They refuse to see my daughter in law b/c she was 19, minus the fact that she was spotting. Very rude receptionists also. taryn and traci more

I highly recommend this place for an obgyn. The doctors are so good, which is what matters the most to me. The nurses are very friendly also along with the rest of the staff. The waiting room is HUGE and each time I go there I never have to wait a very long time to be seen. If you are looking for an obgyn in the Goldsboro area, I highly recommend Wayne Women's Clinic as they are the best in the area. more
