Efficient, compent service; pleasant service and sales reps; pleasant surroundings. 2/14/2016

This dealership has changed hands, so we were wondering if the service would be as good. Luckily they kept the same service repair rep we love, Sharon, and we have been treated well and competently. The sales rep we have used also is still there, Denise Aprile, and she is always helpful is we have a question about our 2014 Hyundai Azera. We mention these two people particularly when we recommend the dealership. We have now two other family members who have bought cars at this dealership. I am glad that the new owners are continuing the traditions of the former owners. more

i drive a lot of miles on my sonata, thierfore with 315000 miles i am thier quite often for service. Amy & sharon has always taken great care of me. more

Great service! 12/9/2015

My new Hyundai Tuscan had an option to get simanize done ( protecting interior and exterior of car ) and it also had a bad air bag sensor. The service department was very helpful and gave me a loaner car to use while they took care of both services at the same time. Very convienent and easy! Thank you Amy! You're the best! more

poor work preformed had to take time out of busy schedule and make two trips to dealership to get problem corrected,warranty did not apply car has 16000 miles on it . more

Very quick to contact me to let me know what was happening with my car and how the service process was going. Car returned the same day. Follow up call the next day to make sure everything was fine with car and that u was happy with their service. I felt well taken car of and knew that my car was in good hands. more

Took my Hyundai in for a recall service. Received excellent service and complimentary overall check up on vehicle. Car was returned to me after a car wash and a cold bottled water was waiting for me in the cup holder. What a great idea! more

Well Sharon and Amy in service are a great asset to this dealership. I have a hard time that the ownership of the dealership aren't so great on customer Service and gives little thought too dedication. I have been buying my vehicles there since 1989. I'm thinking its been 10 vehicles and they have all been brand new and paid cash for them all no financing. They have been pick-ups, Chevy's, Hyundai's sonatas and elantra's. I pass a plethora of deealerships from Oswego, Joliet, to Kankakee but I have always been treated wel there from the Sales people and the service department. my last purchase was a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Part of the sale of the vehicle was to have my oil changes free there for the lifetime I own the car. The new dealership owner has decided not to honor that part of my sale which I feel isn't a good representation of your Hyundai Assurance with whole "Customer Satisfaction". This is very disturbing that dedication too a dealership Vehicle company isn't important anymore in these times. I would like someone from the Hyundai corporation to contact me. cell 630-278-0653 on this matter. more
