This is Dr. Kress responding to the comment posted by alexo1. We do not harass our patients. We do however, charge a $55 fee to patients who continually miss their appointments. more

This dentist is harassing me with charges for $55 on a missed appt. that I cancelled. This is the very bad business practice. I have never heard of a dentist charging you for a missed appt. Pros: Bad Business Practice Cons: Money hungry dentist more
