Good food but BUYER BEWARE. My family ordered from Philadelphia Subs regularly until one day we were dividing up an order of 50 wings and found it to be short by 7 wings. I complained to them and they added 7 wings they had shorted us to our next order. In several following transaction afterwards we checked our orders and all came up short of the full 50 count. My final order, placing the order by just a first name, I asked the person on the phone to make sure the count was correct and joked that the order was to be evenly split by 5 ravenous people that could spark a war if anyone was shorted. The order was for 50 wings at $17.50 plus 6% tax putting the total at $18.55. When I came to pick the order up from the same person, she tried to charge me almost $22.85. When I said I thought it was $17.50 she tried to cover it up by saying ""Tax"". I advised her my math wasn't that bad. I nor any of my friends and family have been back since these repeated attempts at theft. Accidentally shorting an order can be expected occasionally. This is habitual. Either the owner, an older person, is condoning this action or she herself is being robbed by her employees. My guess it, that with as many orders that they sell, it would be easy to add the shortages to additional sales that gets pocketed with no overhead. Either way, they have lost the business of my family and our friends and we have all spread the word of this disreputable establishment.
Pros: Very good wings.
Cons: Repeatedly shorted on quantity and attempted overcharge.
