Poor Lou, I provided oxygen for your Mom for 6 years before she passed away and never even knew she had a son until you showed up a few months before she died. She was glad your were there at the end but she and your step dad knew better. I'm glad you were there for her too, I'm sorry you feel the way you do but know I did everything I could to help her. more

Old Faulty Dangerous Equipment & Poor Customer Service! 1/9/2007

Shame on this company! I just got back from the hospital because my mothers Oxygen machine failed again! Dave Would not listen to the problems with his machine. He instead wanted to deal with my mother directly. I take care of all her Medical needs for a long time. It was easy for him to manipulate an elderly old woman instead of dealing with me! He then refused to transfer my mothers information to a different vendor and would not assist in any way. I had to pay another company cash so she will be safe when she comes home. more
