Theater, Comedy Show, Golf, Swimming, live bands, dining, dancing, swimming.......you want it Pheasant Run's got it and it is close to home!!! We have been going here for years to celebrate birthdays, anniversarys and other special events and PR ALWAYS provides EXCELLENT service and accommodations. Will continue to go here. more

great staff esp. anna! We stayed here in Sept. 2012 and really enjoyed ourselves. They have tennis, golf,zannies comedy club and ben and jerry's! Even though it was Sept. we were able to use the outdoor pool. It is a little older, but very clean and well maintained. more

Ever since our weekend getaway last summer my kids have been begging for a return trip. So for my son's birthday I booked two nights. They love all the pools especially the indoor/outdoor and the game room is fun, and we enjoyed walking on ""Bourbon Street"" and ordering room service. The staff is so friendly and they don't even allow you to have a problem because they are so accommodating! We will definitely be back! more

The room was excellent, the people were more than friendly, and even if you do not go downtown to Chicago, the main area within St. Charles is an very nice place to visit - nice shops, restaurants and bars. more

The Resort was beautiful. The staff was efficient and friendly. The Restaurant's buffet was really good with many choices. The Comedy Club was fun. It was just a great place to visit wish my stay had been longer but looking forward to visiting again. more

Unexpected Luxury 10/21/2008

I just stayed at Pheasant Run Resort with my husband. It was wonderful! We had not been to the hotel in years- WHAT A CHANGE! Our stay was very enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and seemed to really care about our experience at the resort. I felt like I had been transported into a paradise. I enjoyed the Mario Tricoci Day Spa while my husband was on the golf course. We then grabed lunch at the Terrace Cafe while sitting by the pool. Later that night we went to the dinner buffet and a show in the Zanies Comedy Club- the food was great and the entertainment even better! We slept like babies on their heavenly beds and woke up for breakfast at Harvest - you've got to try the stuffed french toast, it's the best! Next time we'll bring the kids, we didn't realize they would have so much to do! Give this resort a try you'll be impressed. more

Very Nice Place to stay in 3/28/2008

I've been on business with USA Grants INC and stayed at the Pheasant Run Resort and Spa for a couple of nights and I've got to say that is was a pretty good place. I liked it very much and I think I will go there some more soon. more

This is just a paradise 4/27/2006

Since we had a pretty good stay last year, we went back this April. Oh, this is like heaven, the staff all carried a big smile, great services, and the new rooms...just 5 stars. The place was clean, well kept, newly renovated again.... !!! My friend told this is like moving the best resort in Hawaii to St. Charles, it was so true!!!!! more

An All-around Great Retreat 10/31/2005

This is a wonderful treat of a location. They have 2-story king suites that have a large whirlpool tub-for-two. They even provide bubble bath in the amenities. The rooms are very well-appointed. They offer special setups in the rooms. For the occasion we stayed my husband arranged for chocolate covered cherries and champagne to be delivered. They have several restaurants & pubs - we enjoyed The Baker's Wife for dinner. They also have a Zany's comedy club onsite which offers great shows. Definitely splurge for the Sunday brunch. It is very, very impressive. Several stations of everything you can imagine - and beautiful ice sculpture too! This is a wonderful location and a great place to take someone special for a celebratory weekend. more
