If you are serious about training, forget this place. The core clientele is flabby houswives from Cary, and it probably serves that market pretty well. The equipment is for the most part old and in poor condition. In fact, most of it should be junked or given to a thrift shop. The trainers seem decent but are generally bored, probably because of the low expectations they have for their clients. You won't find any triathletes, marathoners, bodybuilders, or serious athletes wasting their time and money here. Instead, it's a bunch of fat people chatting with their bored trainers while top 40 radio plays in the background on a thirty year old sound system.
Pros: Fairly cheap for a personal training facility
Cons: Poor equipment, inadequate and dirty showers, just generally run down
