The staff is excellent and all of the docs are wonderful! Dr. Scolnick is spectacular.

Worst

I hate to say it, but I had two animals misdiagnosed by Pets on Broadway vets which was DIRECTLY contributory to their deaths - within a few weeks of each other. I still get card...

A SPECIAL TEAM WHO REALLY CARES 6/23/2014

I've never had such a team of vets caring for my dogs and cats as here. Dr. Akers was so compassionate when we recently put our dog down - his kindness made a big difference in my healing process. more

Outstanding veterinarians 6/20/2014

I have been a client of Pets on Broadway since they first opened. I've actually known Dr.Griffin and the other veterinarian prior to their opening this facility. They are outstanding veterinarians, so responsive and personable. They will do anything to give my pets excellent care. They are honest and forthright with me. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are wonderful and make follow-up calls. When I had to put one of my pets down, they were very kind and treated us like family. They feel like family. They are awesome. more

I'm really happy with Pets on Broadway. Each visit with Dr. Mac is thorough and helpful. He's easy to talk to and more than happy to answer each of our questions. I never feel rushed whenever we come in. It's nice to have such honest, upfront service at such reasonable prices. The rest of the staff seems equally caring and professional. I'd highly recommend them. more

They're the best 6/18/2014

I've been a client of Pets on Broadway for many, many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so amazingly caring and you can just tell that they deeply care about all of the animals. Everyone on the staff is warm and personable. I had to put my little dog, Aussie, down last year because he had a reoccurring illness over a long period of time. Dr. Scolnick really did whatever she could to help him. She really went the extra mile. She tried every treatment that she could and even gave me her cell phone number so that I could call her when she was at home since my dog kept having problems. I am grateful beyond belief for their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for the best veterinary care. more

Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! 6/17/2014

Pets on Broadway has knowledgeable staff, and they provide excellent care! Everyone's very helpful, and I just can't say enough good things about them. Dr. Griffin has been my dog's doctor ever since we got him. He'll be 15 soon, and they've just given him excellent care! They know my dog, Cocoa, really well, and he's always been treated very well there. They're very accommodating, and they get you in quickly. They're kind to my dog, and I wouldn't take him anywhere else! more

I've been with Pets on Broadway for over ten years. They treat you better than your regular medical doctor does! My veterinarian is just amazing. She lets me call her cell phone, and she'll call me back immediately. That is wonderful. more

Absolutely dependable and courteous 6/13/2014

The staff at Pets on Broadway is very compassionate. From the vets to the vet technicians, the amount of care is unmatched and I just really like them. I never have to wait too long and the service has been wonderful. I have an older dog and they have always been good with him. Their services are well-priced as well. Dr. Scolnick is professional, caring, and competent. I've been using them for a year and half and would recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent from beginning to end! 6/10/2014

Pets on Broadway was excellent from beginning to end and I would definitely receommend them. From the first time we walked in the door, one of the vet techs greeted my daughter and her puppy with a stuffed animal. They led us to the waiting room where we hardly had to wait very long for the doctor. The whole experience was great. more

Pets on Broadway have always taken excellent care of my dogs and other dogs that I was watching. I've been with them for around 5 years. They've been tremendous in terms of their care of the pets which is of primary importance to me. The doctors have been great and knowledgeable in their help. I like the way they treat my dog, and it's been a good experience. more

Personable and professional 1/9/2014

We've used Pets on Broadway for 15 years. We've brought our dogs there for routine stuff plus teeth maintenance and extraction. We've also used them to put dogs down from time to time. We've continued with them because the staff is very personable and professional. They have a good, caring feeling for their clients, not the people, but the dogs or cats. They have really friendly staff and good doctors who are very fair. I feel like their opinions or diagnoses have been right on. They are very fair in the way they treat us. You should use them! more

They were as well as can be expected. 1/8/2014

I have been a customer with them for over 20 years even before they were Pets on Broadway. There had been a few mistakes that we had to work on. For example. there was a blood test a few years ago and something wasn't followed through. I had to call them a few times in order for them to return my calls. In the end they corrected the issues. more

Couldn't be Better! 1/7/2014

There was a bunch of people waiting in line, maybe eight of them and Dr. Akers came up to me and asked me if everything was ok, even though it was my girlfriend's doberman that was there for treatment. I was utterly blown away, his kindness was so genuine and sincere I almost could not believe it. Akers had treated my dog in the past but he has proved to be a very caring individual. more

Excellent veterinarian care. Great staff. 1/6/2014

I had complicated issues with two dogs and one cat. They have been very knowledgeable about these issues at Pets on Broadway. Both of my dogs had back and hip problems and my cat had dental problems. They did a good job addressing their specific problems. more

I've used Pets on Broadway for years, 10-15, for their kennel services mainly when I go out of town. They treat my pet very well. I have no qualms or questions about leaving him there. He loves them and they love him. He's treated well there. more

Dr. Akers saved my Bo five years ago. He spent many hours trying to figure out what was making him sick. Most recently Dr. Scolnick has been a HUGE help with my mom's dog. She has taken time to call all family members involved. She has been able to give my mom more time with her dog. Dr. Griffin is a wonderful kind skilled doctor. The office staff is amazing. Torey always has excellent advice and no matter how busy things are she always has time for my many questions. Claudia offers compassion and support. more

So caring toward pets and people! Excellent vets! 7/17/2013

Pets on Broadway has been so kind to my family's dogs, and to all of us! When our Basset Hound got attacked by coyotes, we went to Pets on Broadway for the first time. At first, I thought they might only put her on antibiotics for the wounds, but Dr. Akers decided it would be best to treat her shock and operate on her. He put her on fluids, stitched her up, and was absolutely wonderful during the whole procedure. The next day, she was doing so well! Then when our Golden Retriever had to be brought in for his skin condition, Dr. Akers was fantastic again! He and the nurses knew right away how to treat it, and it cleared up quickly. The doctor and nurses gave him another 6 months of a comfortable life without any symptoms. When it was time to put our Golden down, a nurse helped me carry him from the car, then Dr. Akers explained the entire process and comforted my whole family during a really difficult time. Overall, everyone at Pets on Broadway is very nice and responsive. They even donate to pet aid organizations, as if they weren't already doing enough! I'm so grateful to everyone there. more

They're very good. 7/12/2013

My experience has mostly been with Dr. Akers. My cat was declining in health and he probably saved her life. He went out of his way and observed her and adjusted medication for her. Because of his diligence and his methodical approach to dealing with her illness she is back to herself. more

Phenomenal service, wouldn't change for the world 7/10/2013

In all the years I have been going there, I have never had a problem with Pets on Broadway. It has been about 3 years and I recommend them anytime I have the chance. They deserve the highest rankings for their willingness to help, if I forgot to sign a check or something they are communicative and the receptionist and technicians are excellent for my basset hounds who have monthly anal glands expressed. The doctors always have answers to my questions and if they don't they will get them for me. more
