I love this place. I wandered in with my kids one day and checked out all the animals. The owners were really nice and helpful. Now it's the only place I shop because they always take their time when you have questions. Oh, and I love the woman who grooms there!! Super sweet and gentle with my dog. more

After doing a lot of research regarding reptiles, I was extremely disappointed in the knowledge the owners had regarding a particular lizard and it's habitat. He stated that he had 'the best all around'. I asked what made it the best and he said it was the health and cleanliness. I found the cages to be extremely filthy with animal feces all over, heat lamps that didn't reach the reptiles and no fresh water in the bowls. Also, they use the red dye sand in the lizard cages, which can permanently dye the reptiles and cause them to impact and die. This type of enviroment is highly discouraged everywhere. The lizards had no branchs and seemed listless to me. The one lizard I held was very cold. It was so sad I wanted to buy them all just to save them. If you want to buy supplies, this is probably an okay place, otherwise I don't believe the animals sold are well taken care of. more

Been going to this pet store literally my whole life. The owners are wonderful. Sometimes this is a good place to get a hard-to-find pet (ie. a pygmy goat or a mini potbelly pig). My kids like going to this petshop as well. Worth the few extra pennies to shop at a neighborhood store, rather than a chain. more

The lady owner was very helpful, however the other employees were very rude and grouchy! WARNING, they do not separate the male and female hamsters, so you may be in for a surprise, as we were 2 weeks after we got the hamster. Baby hamsters are disgusting when born they look like baby aliens or insides.This could be quite disturbing for young children.
