Kristina was awesome and greeted us at the door and then continued to help us the whole time we were in the store. I've never experienced such great customer service!

Worst

We used to go whenever we can to look at puppies here. We were about buying and now are serious about ADOPTING a puppy. One visit, one employee sprayed Windex solution on a puppy...

We have a Chihuahua mixed with a doxie at home and stopped in to Petland to get him a new toy! Amy was very helpful. She recommended a Nylabone chew that the owner's dog loves. So does Trixie. She really loves her new toy. Thanks Amy for great service. more

Very Happy 10/17/2011

Stopped in your store today to see where we purchased our little snowball, our 15 year old Maltese. We moved to St. John Indiana about 10 years ago and this is the first time I've been back in the area. Our Maltese has been the healthiest and happiest dog we have ever had. Your store still looks cleaner and better organized like back in 1996 when we purchased our puppy. Thank you for our snowball!! more

I love this store!!! It's always clean and the first thing you think when you walk in the door is ""hey, no pet store smell... it actually smells great in here"". They have everything I need and at great prices. They even carry your 40lbs bag of dog food out to your car... 5 stars!!!! more

Every time I bring my bunny in to get his nails trimmed. Mary always help us out and makes us happy. We like visiting her so much we brought Mary a gift card today to show our appreciation. more

Loving Her!! 8/30/2011

In late September I brought home my adorable Boxer pup from Petland. Her name is Sadie she is nine months old now, and she is the best dog I have ever had my entire life. She is very obedient and never leaves my side. She is like my child only better cause she doesn't cry and can't talk back. Buying her was the best decision I've made as far as pets go. I look forward to the years ahead with my baby girl. Thanks so much Petland. more
