Good service from very helpful employees. You can find a lot of stuff here for any pet you own.

Worst

I shop here for my parrots because it is as good as Iowa City gets for pets, which is pretty poor in my book. Every other place in town is dirty, the animals are poorly cared...

Sasha is now 5 a 5 month old white retriever. She's the best dog I have ever had. She's smart, healthy and very fun. She knows many tricks and she's always a lot of fun at the dog park. Thanks so much! more

I got a small puppy from pet land and I am very happy with Bobs because he is a small dog and itâ??s easy to take him on car rides and to friendsâ?? houses but mostly he always makes me happy and heâ??s always happy to see me as so am I to see him. more

good service 5/22/2012

3 and a half years ago, our family visited this Petland. We had just lost our yellow lab tha past fall to illness and was not looking for another, but a little Bichon, who now call Teddy, touched our hearts and convinced us to take him home. Thank you Petland for bringing such a wonderful dog into our lives. more

We found our perfect pet at Petland and we couldn't be more grateful. It's hard to be sad when he is around. He is so smart and always learning new tricks. He rings a bell by the door when he needs to go out, how cute is that?! more

I love my petland pet 4/23/2012

Before I got my French bulldog, Ozzie, I had no hobbies. Now I am outside all the time playing with my little buddy. He goes on walks with me, goes fishing with me and he even rides in my truck when I run errands. Ozzie gives me reason to get up in the morning and to come home at night. No matter what happens, I know he will be right there by my side. more

Great Experience 4/3/2012

We got Gizmo in 2007, he is a Sheltie. We had a great experience with the staff here. They helped us choose him and went around the store to get all the supplies we needed for the first few months. more

This shop is local, helpful and cute. I'm very happy that this Pet land is in the neighborhood. Love to find my kitty little presents in here as well as her food and litter. I definitely recommend it to everyone! more

I just came here looking for a new pet, preferably something low maintenance like a fish. But I ended up falling in love with a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier. Wow! Such a great dog! So glad I decided to come in! more

This is honestly one of the better pet stores I've been to because it's clean, smells nice, and is organized. If something is out of stock upfront, a helpful employee will kindly get it for you from the back. more

I bought my miniature schnauzer from Petland and he's quickly become my best friend and my number on snuggle buddy. Coming here and making her one of my family has been the best decision I've ever made. more
