BEAUTIFUL things, BEAUTIFUL store. I've got to admit..I went to the shop because I wanted to spoil my baby like a celebrity. And I'm glad I did, I could literally spend hours in there. Also, they have pretty much everything for babies and toddlers (except for food) p.s. a tip: if you ever need to get a gift..have them make a gift basket for you, I promise that the lucky mommy will be impressed and you'll probably want one too. more

This is the most beautiful baby store in Los Angeles. I only recently found out about it through an article I read on the internet. I have now been to both stores and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is nice and helpful, the products are truly unique and to die for and they will get you anything you want. There was not a single thing that I asked them for that they couldn't do. I only wish I had known about them when I had my first baby. more

I had a wonderful experience here. Nina and Samantha, the owners were more than helpful when I was designing my nursery. They came to my house and gave me some very helpful tips and ideas. Some of my stuff took a while to come to my house but that is because they made it for me custom. When everything did arrive I was more than impressed. My nursery is a work of art. This really is a one stop shop with an excellent selection. Just know that if you place an order with them, plan ahead. Make sure you know exactly what you want and give yourself plenty of time. more

has great customer service, I walked in and was greeted immediately by the two ladies behind the counter. I am a first time mom and had several questions and the lady was able to answer all my questions, unique selections of European toys and clothing. more

actually had a good experience 5/4/2011

Looks like the tides are turning for this boutique. I actually had a good experience shopping with them. I ordered a pair of shoes online, but ended up changing my mind and decided to cancel. After placing a call to the owner, they were kind enough to cancel my order even though this is not their policy. I believe that if they didn't know before, they definitely now know how important customer service and word of mouth advertising is. Give them a try. more

I love the selections online 5/2/2011

I just ordered some items online from this store and had a change of mind hours later and they allowed me to cancel my order. It was against policy for them to do so but they did in good faith. I love the selections online. Not a lot of online stores carry the items they have. more

Petit Tresor is a boutique you will not likely forget. Every item has been chosen with exquisite taste and thought and the salespeople are both resourceful and good-natured. I am an interior designer and whenever I have a client looking to design a nursery, I do not even have to think about it, I go straight to Petit Tresor! more

WOW! went shopping here with a friend and we had the best experience seeing that she has stared in a couple movies, and someone like her was in there store ... but I went and spent only a mere 1,040 on these amazingly cute baby hangers (pink knitted) 331.00 on a (humpty dumpty stool) The most beautiful 28.00 dollar butterfly baby sleeping sign. my SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC! and although the store is small it is very clean and well stocked! more

I can not wait to return to Petit Tresor 4/18/2011

I am a first time mother and after walking into some of he other super-babystores, I had panic attacks and felt very disillusioned. Once I entered the beautiful Petit Tresor all my fears and trepidations disappeared. The staff made my visit a informative, stress-free event. They were informative and pleasant. I must say that it was the ONLY baby shop I have been into where I have not felt overwhelmed. Although there are some very expensive pieces of furniture, I found that I was able to work within my budget and create a gorgeous nursery. more

The loveliest baby boutique I have ever seen 4/18/2011

Shopping at petit Tresor was an experience I am not likely to forget. I found all of the nicest products I have seen dispersed in other shops all under one roof. The staff was polite and helpful and they were quick to call me back when I had questions about my order. While items in the shop can be quite costly, the quality of the products is unsurpassed. I highly recommend Petit Tresor. more

Terrible store 5/4/2009

We went here last weekend looking for baby gear. Firstoff, during open business hours there was a sign that said ""back in 15 minutes"". So my husband and I went to do other errands, and 30 mins later they were just getting back. Once we went in, we could barely see anything because the store had quite a number of large boxes scattered all over the floor, and quite a few right near the entrance that made going through the store (especially as an expectant mother) stressful and a bit dangerous. The staff couldn't have cared less that we were in there. You know it's bad when you get better service from a large chain store like Babies R Us. I would avoid at all costs. I still do not have the things I ordered more than two months ago, they do not return calls, they make promises and break them, AND they are more expensive than any other place I have been to...! Pros: selection Cons: price, service, attitude more

Good place to avoid 2/17/2009

Our baby is here, but the things friends purchased for us at Petit Tresor never arrived. We have called and called, we have let them know of the urgency, we have waited almost two months and nothing has come of it. I am really mad and would recommend avoiding this place! more

Bad, bad, bad! 2/17/2009

They do carry some good lines, but it is all stuff you can get elsewhere and at half the price... I would not mind paying a little extra, but the service is so bad that you would be have to be crazy to do business with them. Especially in this economy, think twice about shopping here! more

Best Baby Boutique 9/20/2008

I have read about Petit Tresor in the magazines and had to check it out for my self. I was not aware of their store hours and I arrived five minutes before closing time. Although the girls working looked like they were ready and set to go they so kindly kept the store opened for me and assisted me in finding the perfect gift. I highly recommend the shop. It is completely adorable!!! The customer service is awesome !! The girls working there the day I went in were extremely helpful and sweet !! If you want to feel like a celebrity Petit Tresor is the place to go !! The store is truely one of a kind !!!! Pros: Great Merchandise, Customer Service, and Location more
