We went here last weekend looking for baby gear.
Firstoff, during open business hours there was a sign that said ""back in 15 minutes"". So my husband and I went to do other errands, and 30 mins later they were just getting back.
Once we went in, we could barely see anything because the store had quite a number of large boxes scattered all over the floor, and quite a few right near the entrance that made going through the store (especially as an expectant mother) stressful and a bit dangerous.
The staff couldn't have cared less that we were in there.
You know it's bad when you get better service from a large chain store like Babies R Us.
I would avoid at all costs.
