I can not believe this place is allowed to sell pets. It smells and the dogs look filthy and not taken care of. I could only stay in the store for a minute it smelled so bad.This is absolutely a horrible place. more

Looks like changes are being made in the store. Lots of things moved around and it's looking great. Of course there is a smell however It's a pet store (like smelling food in a place that fells hot food) Overall I really ilike the changes more

My niece bought a kitten from them only to take it to the vet and learned it was suffering from the flu, malnutrition and dehydration, in addition to being told that it wasn't even old enough to be up for sale. This store is filthy, too many dogs per cage and they are covered in urine and feces. Why this place is still allowed to sell animals is beyond me. more

I bought a puppy from Pete's Petland on 1/6/07. I would never buy a puppy from there again and would recommend that no one else does either. We got a sick puppy!! I paid almost $700 for the puppy. The puppy was sick from the time we brought it home with a upper respiratory infection and a parasite. However, since there was only a 7 day guarantee on the puppy we had him checked by three different vets, all of which told us he needed medication but should be fine. Approximately 10 days after we bought the dog, and after the guarantee was up, the puppies health deteriorated even more. At which point we took the dog to another vet who told us that the puppy has kennel cough (a highly contagious, potentially deadly disease that puppies can develop while in a kennel or pet store). To make a long story short, the kennel cough has now developed into severe pneumonia and the puppy may die. I contacted the pet store and they will do absolutely nothing to help me, even though they sold me a sick dog. more

Pete's Petstore is a small petstore mainly selling fish. They only carry freshwater fish with your common fish such as guppies, swordfish, neons etc. The day I was there, it wasn't very clean and not very organized. Surprisingly, the 2 corys I bought are still alive after 2 years. If you are looking for common freshwater fish, check out Pete's Petstore. If you are looking for a more specialized fish or salt water fish, you would need to find another fish store. Location is at a strip mall and parking is plentiful. more
