Used Car Dealer Scams 2/21/2012

When I bought my first car here, these guys did everything to get me to sign. Regretably, I signed and drove home. They later notified me that the loan didn't work out and went through about 3 different lenders. Each time the interest kept going up. I had to drive back to the dealer a several times for their mistakes. I had to take upon myself to get a refinancing loan with a credit union to get the interest rate I wanted. They also took forever to get a refund check and the owner was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend Zia they pulled many of the used car dealer tricks in the book. more

I would buy all my vehicles from zia 6/5/2009

I have been to many stores over the years, and i have encountered many dealers. I think Zia has the best customer service along with a selection of affordable vehicles that is the best in the city. I would recommend Zia to anyone that wants to save money! Pros: Excellent selection and service more

great customer service 1/19/2009

Friendly, informative staff. Had received the run around from several garages. My vehicle would not pass emissions. But after going to Petes I was able to pass. They stayed late to finish the work on my car and was very pleased with the cost. . Was quoted 500-600. at other garages, I paid half of that. I'm telling everyone about the great experience and my satisfaction at the work done. Will be using their services again. Pros: cost, customer service Cons: difficulty with parking lot full more
