They advertise “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” yet I am feeling 0% satisfied with their service and it makes me question the quality of their work as well. Very poor service and extremely poor customer service as well. more

Great Cleaning, good service by Pete and Victor. Gave me a great price for the quality cleaning, and for the 2 spam negative reviews written on the same day below. Go do something creative, it is OBIOUS SPAM. If you can't get work without making others look bad, maybe you need to go back to where it is you came from. WRONG! Make sure you read the fine print, after doing this I see that the company recommends ""Depending on the type of carpet you have, you’ll want to use a vacuum with a rotating brush, a beater bar or suction only. If you have shag carpet, use a suction–only vacuum cleaner with no beater bar."" Did I purchase shag carpeting, NO. I'm pretty sure shag carpeting would look better at this point than the stuff I have now. Anyway, apparently a suction only vacuum is recommended for MY type of carpet too... which I had NO idea about until my carpet already looked like a wire-haired terrier. Unfortunately, using only the suction does not remove hardly any dirt! So there are my 2 options; fuzz or dirt. Very disappointed. I would rather have my old carpet back. Considering ripping it all out and installing hardwood floors instead of dealing with this kind of problem ever again. I will not buy another this company product. By far the biggest waste of money I have EVER spent. \r more

I called the company to tell them that they had over charged us for such a poor job, and instead of being apologetic the owner of the company starts yelling and screaming at me, calling me a liar, said I was trying to pull a scam on him and he hung up on me! Completely unprofessional. BE AWARE. SCAM RIP-OFF COMPANY. more

Pete came out with absolutely no notice and did a fantastic job on a vacant home we have listed for sale. He’s also very reasonably priced! We will be using him again and recommending him to all of our customers who need their carpet cleaned or repaired. more

Pete himself came the same day I called to fix a pet accident and disaster I had the evening before. He was friendly, knowledgable, and best of all was able to remove a very bad pet bile stain from my carpet. If you have pet stains, this guy is the one for you. We had Pete's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration out after a small fire in our kitchen last week. We had Pete out himself, and State Farm Insurance ( they were awesome too) out for the initial assessment the morning after the fire, and we were told by state farm adjuster we could have called someone the night before to start the cleanup. I think that is important for everyone to know, you don't wait for the agent to open and call back, or wait for an adjuster to show up, you have coverage, and that coverage states you should call for help immediately after a fire or water damage. I hope there is never a ""next time"", but if there is I'll call Pete's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration immediately. We had two estimates, Pete was the same as the second, but they had a Major Insurance Discount for the carrier (State Farm) and a deductible discount for us, which saved everyone some money. Pete and his crew did an amazing job, and you really would never know we had a fire here 10 days ago. The kitchen looks better than it did when we bought the home, and the place smells great. I don't know how they did it, but they are the EXPERTS, as they say! We highly recommend Pete's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration for fire and water damage, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and general restoration services. more

We recently moved back to McKinney and bought a house, it was a foreclosure, but it was in pretty good shape being only 4 years old. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet, and when we found out the price( $9899.90) we almost had a stroke. Not high end carpet either. We called our realtor who had mentioned something about this local carpet cleaner who is like a magician. We'll we got the number and called Pete at Pete's Carpet Cleaning. He was polite, asked the right questions, and answered all of ours and then some! He came over to the house and gave us a free estimate and thoroughly examined the carpets. \r The price was good, if he could do, what he was pretty sure he could do. He showed us his credentials and certificates, his license, and his certificates. We were impressed by his knowledge and his personable caring attitude, but...... Was he really a magician like Shelly said he was?\r He was at the house when we were signing the closing papers, he and his crew were experts at what they do, because by the time we got to the house every stain, YES, I said every stain in the carpet was gone, and they hadn't even finished all the areas. Pete said they all came out with the pre-treatment.\r My 3 year old has allergies and Pete was the only ""Certified"" green carpet cleaner in the area also. That makes a difference alone.\r Well, Pete's Carpet Cleaning is freaking amazing, they ARE magicians. My carpet is beautiful, soft, clean, and smells great.
