I live in Rincon Valley and Pete's Automotive in Sebastopol is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles to be be repaired. Why travel so far? There's tons of mechanics in Santa Rosa, right? While this may be true, there aren't any mechanics like Jason who are Open, Honest and are not out to just make a quick buck. Being a woman can sometimes have it's disadvantages--especially at a mechanic's shop where they are just interested in the US Dollar. Jason goes out of his way to make sure I understand exactly what is wrong and what is needed, and even lets me know what he feels is a priority and what repairs can wait. The best part is my husband, who is also a mechanic, but not in his occupation, completely trusts Jason, his recommendations and his work. My husband knows that Jason will take care of me and our vehicle vs taking advantage of our pocket book. Jason is accommodating to my working schedule, the fact that I have children, and always makes me feel like his number one priority/customer. For me, customer service is my number one priority and with Jason I know I always be taken care of as well as my vehicle. more
