They put the wrong oil in my vw bug and then tried to tell me it didn't matter after I found out. Oil light came on- had to take it to a different shop and have it redone. Lucki...

Very good service 12/9/2014

I had a noisy engine, and found Peterson Auto and Truck on the internet. They tried to see if they could save my engine and save me some money, and they were able to. The engine is fixed. During the whole process, they explained to me what they were doing, and made sure I understood what they would be doing. The prices were reasonable as well. more

I had a great first-time experience with Peterson Auto & Truck. They were priced fair and did excellent work for us. It was a pretty big job that involved repairing an air conditioner condenser and they were able to take care of things in a very professional manner throughout. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely feel comfortable using them again for future auto repair needs. more

These guys are honest, affordable, and friendly. They handled my cars issues quickly and they didn't try to take advantage of their customer, like most auto shops I've dealt with. I am extremely happy with my experience at Peterson Auto, and I plan on referring many of my friends and family. This is definitely now my go-to auto shop. more

Peterson Auto & Truck does a great job fixing my car. The owner is really knowledgeable and just easy to talk to. Everyone else on the staff is equally professional and courteous. They explain everything clearly whenever they do a repair and their prices are pretty fair. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. more

Honest, efficient, knowledgeable, quality service 10/6/2014

Peterson Auto & Truck provides quality service. Their manager, Mike, is a very nice guy who is attentive and honest. The other employees there also know what they're doing. They've worked on all three of my cars. and they've been able to catch problems quickly. Every job has been of great quality and they make sure to fulfill their guarantees. I've only been going to them for over a year and a half, and will continue to do so as needed. I would highly recommend these guys! more

Don't waste your money 10/3/2014

They put the wrong oil in my vw bug and then tried to tell me it didn't matter after I found out. Oil light came on- had to take it to a different shop and have it redone. Luckily that fixed the problem. RESPONSE FROM Peterson Auto & Truck: This will be the 2nd review published by Miss Copeland. First let me say the wrong oil was not installed and that Miss Copelands had taken advise from a local parts store not a repair shop. Miss Copeland also came in on a groupon oil special which a upgrade in oil quality is offered to each and every customer. When contacted by Miss Copeland my first response was to please bring it in let me put the oil you desire in your car and I will gladly refund her money, but also explained that oil will not correct a multiple cylinder misfire that the car had coming into our shop prior to the oil change. Miss Copeland said she would be rite down. This was in the first week of Aug. No show from Miss Copeland just a bad review a month later. We at Peterson Auto offer a sincere apology to Miss Copeland for her bad experience. more

Peterson Auto and Truck has total commitment to helping resolve issues. They are conscientious and fabulous. They went above and beyond what was expected to resolve the electrical issue. It was a complicated electrical issue, and Joey paid great attention to detail. He was determined to explore any possible solutions. It was really a relief to work with someone who had our best interests at heart. more
