They put the wrong oil in my vw bug and then tried to tell me it didn't matter after I found out. Oil light came on- had to take it to a different shop and have it redone. Lucki...

Professional and honest. 4/27/2015

I had a good experience with Peterson Auto & Truck. They were honest with me. Typically, when a woman takes her car in to a mechanic, they try and sell her stuff she doesn't need. I didn't experience that with Peterson Auto. They fixed my vehicle quicker than expected, made recommendations, and the final price was cheaper than quoted. Their staff was friendly, professional and honest. I would recommend them. more

Good Experience. 4/10/2015

I had a good experience with Peterson Auto & Truck. I ordered some spark plugs through them, and they helped me with some electronic work on my vehicle. Their technicians were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions pretty fast. I would recommend them. more

Every time I come to get anything fixed on my car, I am treated as if I'm the only customer. I am told upfront about everything that will be happening to my car. They are excellent workers, and I always recommend them all to my friends and family. more

Peterson Auto & Truck is excellent. I've been taking my cars over there for at least three or four years now, and I have never had a problem. Anything I need gets done, and it gets done on time. I'd highly recommend them! more

A dream auto shop 3/10/2015

No matter what you need, Peterson Auto and Truck is spot on. They have done massive repairs on my mother's very old Toyota, and dependable repairs on my fussy husband's Corvette. And my husband expects a LOT from auto shops. Their prices are reasonable, and they just cannot do enough for you as the customer. It is a dream shop! Not all auto shops are fun. As a woman, some auto shops make me feel weird, and something I dread going to. But not Peterson Auto and Truck. They are wonderful, and never pushy. We love them. more

Good mechanics and good service 2/17/2015

Peterson Auto and Truck took care of things fast. They did not make me wait forever. They are expensive, but worth it. I have used them five or six times before, and they are very good mechanics who provide good service. They have fixed my brakes and done other various repairs. more

I called Mike when my husbands truck wouldn't start, although they were busy he worked me in and was very prompt in fixing the truck was ready to go the next day. The crew thereis very nice and willing to explain the problems. Thanks to Mike and the crew! more

Quick and Pleasant! 1/26/2015

I have been going to Peterson Auto & Truck for the past few months and I really like them. The first time I went, they helped me with my spark plugs that had gone out, and this most recent time they looked at some sensors that had shut off my engine. They were very helpful, quick, and efficient. I especially like how the they helped me figure out how I could get money to pay for the repairs. They really work with their customers to make sure everything is going to be okay with their vehicle. I highly recommend them and their competitive prices as you will not be disappointed. more

When I was looking into buying parts, I asked around for someone honest and that I could trust. I was given their card, and I was satisfied! They delivered what they said they would and within the right amount of money. more

They really helped me in a difficult situation. I very much appreciate how they handled everything. Don't change a thing guys, there aren't many repair shops out there like this. I'm glad that I found them. Quick example, they don't tear apart your car and then say you need a whole bunch of whatever, then say you have to tow your car out or pay triple what you thought you were going to pay. I had this happen to me a while ago at a famous brake shop. Peterson's doesn't do this. They give an honest opinion of what's going on and relay it to the customer. I will bring my car back to them when other things go wrong. Again, thanks guys for helping me out in a financial crunch, and also doing great work... more
