Excellent service! 8/29/2016

My service pro, Will was very professional and thorough in his service of my AC unit. He took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what was wrong with my unit, and what my options were for correcting the problem. I was very pleased with Will's service and appreciate his professionalism and kindness. more

Knowledgable, prompt & reliable 8/19/2016

As a bottled water manufacturer, certain hvac issues we encounter can affect our safe quality food standards. Will has always understood this urgency and responds to our issues very promptly. He always abides by our internal safety and good manufacturing practices. He has also offered us great insight and ideas for things we have wanted to change or improve within our facility. As a planner, Will & Shelly make my life a lot easier as they keep track of all the hvac preventative maintenance for our plant. I can count on them to stay on track with the correct frequencies for our equipment. I've had nothing but great communications with the entire Peters staff! more

Help with sale of home/inspector's unwarranted concerns 8/13/2016

In efforts to sell our home, an inspector had some (questionable - lack of code knowledge) concerns, which were quickly found to be unwarranted by Will from Peters, which we have used for years under service contract. Not only did Peters send Will quickly, thanks to Bill Prichard, but Will ended up having to repair work (took two visits to complete) seemingly caused by the inspector. Our home has been well-maintained by Peters for 12 plus years, and their quick response and willingness to always go above and beyond is incredible peace of mind. Will was beyond helpful and professional! Many thanks to Will and Bill at Peters/Quincy! more
