Andrea at Peter Devine is truly the best stylist I've ever gone to. I'm so excited about my new look! We did a keratin treatment for my long curly hair and I'm delighted with the results. She recommended this process to give me a modern,sleek look. \r \r Andrea is honestly an artist at her craft. She spent more time with me than I expected even re-trimming my long locks to absolute perfection after the treatment. Amazing!\r \r I live in Harford County and can tell you the drive to Fort Avenue is more than worth it. Wonderful shop. Went to Peter Devine for a whole new look...cut and color. Now I am a blonde again with a great, manageable cut. Andrea has been my stylist since I arrived in Balto almost 7 years ago -- she is the best -- consistent, considerate, competent. Not an ounce of pretense. I have long hair, she does a great job with cuts, color, styling. I get compliments all the time at work -- sometimes I say, ""only my hairdresser knows...."" betraying my age of course (its from an ancient commercial) but she deserves a lot of the credit. \r Her skill is worth the drive over to Federal Hill! She also does her best to accommodate the client's schedule. more

Last week - I tried the Keratin Coppola and fell in love! Andrea did a great job on my hair! I have tried several hair straightening systems from the Brazilian Treatments and Japanese but I have been most impressed with the Keratin Coppola treatment! I have thick wavy hair and I couldnt believe how straight it was without the heavy formaldehydes and chemicals that the other treatments have. My hair dries straight without the flatiron and my drying time is cut in half!!! \r \r I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants straighter more managable hair!\r Peter Devine Hair Design - I have fallen in love with this place! Andrea took the time to consult with me on my first visit. Newly relocated to the area, I tried a few places, nothing compared to her. She gave me a stylish cut and the coolest shades of highlights.\r \r It's really important to Andrea for her to understand what you really want and is very good at getting me to articulate clearly what I want.\r \r I am going back to get my Keratin treatment soon. Valerie is the best hair stylist in the whole world. I have been seeing her for about 4 years and I'm never short of amazed at what she does. It really did kind of change my life after the first time I saw her - I have very fine straight hair and she gave me an awesome short cut that I absolutely loved. She's an artist with hair - she takes into account your style and personality, not to mention your face and head shape, while she styles your hair. She is meticulous and skillful. I get compliments on my hair ALL the time (and I am not a person who ""does"" my hair..) even when it's been some time since I last got it cut. I would recommend her to anyone. This is the most exciting wonderful discovery ever, for me , in Baltimore. To be 100% guaranteed to have first class stylish haircut, I had to go to New York or to some French/European locale. No More, the best is here. I am thrilled with my cut. Peter took his time deciding with me what to do, then he took even more time , mindfully cutting my hair- using several technique to achieve the final reslt. I have been going to Valerie for years! She is an extremely talented stylist and devotes so much attention to the needs of my hair. My curly hair can be hard to manage, but Valerie works wonders! No one, but no one, can cut and color my hair with ingenuity--not to mention while keeping me calm and happy. Val is GENIUS. No one else touches this head. And her leaving us for the hinterlands was the worst for me and my head--all puns intended. You want amazing color--Val. You want amazing cut--Val.
