Good: Nothing. Bad: The grooming service was a joke. I was told it would take 3 hours, and it took 5, and I wasted my entire day waiting on my dog to be done. When I told the manager, he said it was my dog and not his groomers that were to blame, and he was exceptionally rude.. Improvements: New management, better groomers, nicer staff, cleaner facility.. Other: I am horrified with the lack of quality this store provides..
