I just left PETCO on Sheppard, one of your kitties did not have water, I brought it up to the attention to the cashier his name was ADAM, and he said he would let someone know. He had no people in line he was there with no customers, 25 minutes later when I was checking out I asked him if he had contacted somone about the cat not having water he said NOOO NOT YET! He is the ONLY one on the floor! I told him to call his manager, while I waited for her MECCA was her name I asked him, if they ever check on the cats and he said THEY ARE NOT OUR CATS, he was very rude, and you can tell he did not have a sense or urgency and calling someone to give the cat water was not in his plan. He should not be working at PETCO, he called the manager on the phone he told her someone needed to see him about one of the cats not having water, he said YEA I KNOW, that tells me that the manager on the other side did not have any good commets to make either that what ever she said he just said LIKE YEA, I know, when I did talk to MECCA I told her that her comment was not acceptable, and that she should take it serious when one of the cats does not have water, it is not complicated she could of put water even if she can NOT open the cage and maybe she can do a little something and contact the agency who is displaying the pet there. It is not complicated. \r

NO SENSE of urgency and ADAM was not going to call anyone if I didn't insist. His commets, reflect poor credit upon himself, PETCO, and do disgrace to all the people who are trying hard to get this animals adopted out or who care for the well being of the pets. \r
