They don't care about Animals 3/11/2012

The worst experience I've ever had with an animal store. I bought a Guinea Pig 3/4/12 and had to put her down 3/11/12 because of a pre-existing condition they did not notify me of. they have a 15 day return policy but they told me to get a refund I have to bring in the BODY OF MY DEAD ANIMAL. I told them I could provide a vet statement, they won't accept it. What kind of a humane place asks you to bring in the body of your dead animal? more

Poorly Managed 6/5/2010

I live a block away and it is very convenient. While some of the young cashiers are very nice, they never have enough of them at the front of the store to check out customers. It is a frequent site to see 12 customers queuing up for one cashier. People get really frustrated in this store because of the unnecessary long lines. Pros: Some nice cashiers Cons: Super long lines, never enough cashiers for customer load more

Good place for tropical fish 2/28/2008

They always have the common tropical fish along with most aquarium supplies. They only carry a few of each item so if you need something special for your tank, you have to get it on the day their stock arrives, which is about once a week. This Petco in the Glendale Fashion Center is very clean and doesn't smell like some other pet stores. more

Everything you need for your pets 3/19/2005

This place is huge with almost every food, nook and cranny needed for your pets and more. They even sell certain pets such as birds, fishes, reptiles almost everything except cats and dogs for some reason. The workers are very helpful if you just got a pet and need help knowing what they need and what not to do to kill them so i definitely recommend this place for all your pet needs. more

I love this Petco in Glendale! They give you excellent customer service. The employees are very helpful and know what they are doing. Ive been to other pet stores and I have asked questions regarding pets but they are not helpful. In this pet store they answer most of your questions which is very helpful. more

A dog day afternoon. 2/4/2003

I like this petco. It's smaller than the one in sierra madre, but the staff is just as friendly. Decent prices, and a clean store with treats for your pets. Take your pet in for a walk and do you shopping. When you're done, walk over to panda express or topz outdoor patios for a nice lunch or dinner with your pooch.
