I have used their grooming service several times and I have never been pleased. Each time my dog returns looking mangier and more unkempt than when I brought her in. Most recently, I was told to wait three hours and I ended up waiting five for my dog to be done. When I told a manager about my problem, he scoffed it and told me it was my dog and not the groomers. I have never had worse service than at this store and I do not plan on going back ever again. The managers are very rude and the staff is quite unapologetic. more

Petco is make-over artist 8/21/2009

Ithought my groomers did a good job until I discovered that they had been sedating my dog without my permission because they said he was too "wiggly"! I went to PETCO so I could watch the whole time. I walked away so neither he nor the groomer would see me watching.He wiggled and squirmed;groomer wasn't bothered at all. She laughed, petted and talked to him the whole time.He looked fantastic when she finished! He looked like a winner in a make-over contest! I was amazed. Groomer's name was Holley.I won't go anywhere else anymore. more

petco for your pets need 7/21/2005

the stor is new, recently opened, i alwayes though that our area needed a big pet store, the store is big and clean alghout all the dogs walking around and they have a big colection of fishs i liked it a lot, they also have reptiels, and birds you have to check it out more

nice store 7/12/2005

Petco is located in Tiger Town, a new shopping complex with plenty of parking. The store is large, clean, spacious, and seems well stocked. They do carry some pets, as well as a wide variety of pet supplies and accessories. The staff appear friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. I do recommend. more
