I don't want to complain too much about the situation but had a grooming appointment for my dog that was scheduled and confirmed and when I got there (5 min. early) the Petsmart manager let me in but the groomers weren't there yet. I waited about 5 min. while the store manager made phone calls and then offered to check me in but I wanted to speak with a groomer first and opted to wait. About 15 min. later (15 min. after my scheduled appointment at that time) a girl made it and was clearly flustered because of ""traffic and the weather"". It was flurrying outside but as far as I could tell no snow had stuck yet. Anyhow...the groom was good and the girls seemed apologetic at pick up. Mistakes happen I suppose.
Pros: staff was friendly, groom was very nice
Cons: Don't schedule an early morning appointment in the winter!
