Pet Zone

This store is not for someone who loves there pet. The store is dirty the grooming room is messy, you can't even see your dog get pampered like you can when you go to other groomers. the photos you see on the web site are so not the truth if you ever went back there all you would see is clutter. The groomers on the other hand are wonderful and they should work for someone who is worth working for if they got together and opened up a shop I would give them my business. The whole store is full of stuff that is OVERPRICED. The owner is a RUDE,NASTY, LIAR she will appear to be a nice woman until you choose not to buy anything, I should have listened to the local people and never stepped foot in that store. I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN!!!!!!! and you should never spend your money there either you work too hard for it and if you really want to pamper your little ones take them to Pet Smart where they can be groomed, Seen by the Vet ,go to training, attend parties for pets and other fun things for pets and pet lovers..... Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more

hi.\r i'm kathy, i actualy got a dog from the store. it was about 4 days ago so i decited that i should put my opinion down on this store. i think that the store is great the people are nice and the owner too. i got a papilian from them we got a good deal with the vet, a year vet visit paid. the lady gave us 25 % off for 2 week on anything we get. she gave us a gift for the puppy and congratulated us. i really love the store. more

I went to this pet shop to purchase some food and bought a harness for my dog. The lady, who I found out was the owner was rude to me when I asked her about a dog (What breed was it?) that was in the window. I simply asked what breed it was and she nearly bit off my head. I felt like I asked her something crazy. You would think that she would be nice to her customer. She was not busy in her store so I don't think that was the reason. A friend of mine who lives nearby told me that she likes to roll her eyes at customer. He has witnessed it on two different occasions and will NEVER go back. By the way both items were extremely overpriced. Pros: ????? Cons: Overpriced and PUSHY nasty service more

Don?t go to this pet?s store if you care for your dogs. Grooming is just terrible! The owner is a rude person. She doesn't care for dogs and good service. more
